I appreciate many aspects of living in this housing society. The people here are very friendly, and the social life is vibrant, with plenty of opportunities to connect and engage with neighbors. The connectivity is good, making it convenient to access various parts of the city. The construction quality, despite the building being old, is solid and provides a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the amenities available are quite good, contributing to a pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few drawbacks. The maintenance is not up to the mark, which sometimes affects the cleanliness and overall condition of the surroundings. Moreover, there are no gym, pool, or park facilities available, which can be disappointing for those looking for recreational options within the society. These issues detract from the overall living experience, despite the positive aspects of social life and connectivity.

Good things here
As a resident, I'm very happy living here. The road is in excellent condition, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. The people are friendly and welcoming, and there's a lovely garden to enjoy. We also have a reliable water and electricity supply, which adds to the comfort and convenience of living here.
Things need improvement
As a resident, there are a few concerns worth noting. The cleanliness is not up to the mark, and the building, being 35 years old, shows its age. Additionally, there is no gym, pool, or clubhouse. While there is a garden, it could be better maintained. However, overall maintenance of the property is not that good.

Good things here
The society does a great job of keeping everything clean, with regular maintenance of equipment and thorough cleaning. The connectivity here is excellent, and I haven't had any problems like seepage or leaks in either the society or my flat. The neighbors are also really helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities; only parking is available within its premises. Other private amenities are accessible outside the society and are not included within its facilities.

Good things here
The roads outside the society were well-maintained. There were no issues like leakage or seepage in the flat. Ventilation was good, and there was plenty of sunlight. There was enough greenery around.
Things need improvement
When I lived in the society during COVID, no festivals were celebrated. Utility water was available only for 15 minutes, so we had to store it. There were no modern amenities in the society. Connectivity was poor, with no access to autos or buses. We had to buy bottled drinking water as it was not provided by the society. Cleanliness was not maintained, and the lifts were not well-maintained.

There is no designated parking area and poor connectivity despite nearby stands for auto rickshaws, buses, and the metro. The walls have leakage issues, and there are no amenities like a gym, garden, clubhouse, or swimming pool.
