The society experiences no issues with seepage, indicating effective maintenance and upkeep. Security measures are satisfactory, ensuring residents feel safe and secure. The lifts are operational, offering convenient access to various floors. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool and gym are available, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within the community.
The property provides a comprehensive living experience with essential amenities and reliable infrastructure. There is hardly anything I can think of that needs fixing.

The society has good connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses. There are no traffic issues. Maintenance is decent with clean surroundings, working lifts, and regular water tank cleaning. The construction is solid with good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, play area, gym. The neighborhood is friendly with no noise issues.
Issues are not solved on time. There are seepage and leakage problems from the terrace during the rainy season. The society has no clubs in the society.

The flat had excellent ventilation, with no issues of seepage or cracks. Cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout the society, and there was a continuous supply of water 24/7. The lifts were well-maintained for residents' convenience. The residents were cooperative and decent, coming together to celebrate festivals. The society featured amenities such as a play area, garden, and open spaces for recreation. Public transport was easily accessible, enhancing convenience for residents.
In our flat, there were frequent issues with the flush pipeline in the washroom, necessitating repeated repairs. Unfortunately, after each repair, the flush would malfunction again within 2-3 days, causing disturbance to neighbors due to ongoing repair work. Moreover, my flat did not receive adequate sunlight. There were also traffic issues near the society. Additionally, the society lacked amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

Despite some areas for enhancement, residents are fully content with their living situation.
While security within the main area could see some improvement, overall safety measures are satisfactory. One concern lies with the road construction outside the society, which could potentially affect traffic flow and accessibility.

The society is conveniently located near a railway station, and autos and buses are easily available nearby. There's also a market and a bank right in front of the society. Traffic is not an issue near the society. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated within the society. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. The society is equipped with all modern amenities, and the maintenance charges are justified. There is ample parking available for residents and visitors. Water supply is continuous, and cleanliness is maintained well. The lifts are well-maintained.
The area where the society is located does not have a metro station yet. Additionally, there is no airport near the society; the nearest airport is 18 km away from the society.

The metro station is very close to the society. Malls, markets, and grocery stores are nearby. Ventilation is good, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Garbage collection is timely, and the maintenance of lifts and CCTV is proper. The maintenance fee is _1500 per month. The roads around the society are in good condition, and street lights are well-maintained. Covered parking is allotted.
However, public transport like autos and buses is not easily available. Cultural events are not celebrated in the society. There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, or playground in the society.

The connectivity here is good, with mostly everything I need nearby. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful, which makes living here quite pleasant. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
Living here has been challenging due to continious issues such as seepage downstairs, occasional toilet overflows, leakage, and cracks in the building. Plus the complete lack of amenities makes daily life inconvenient. These issues need urgent attention to improve the living conditions and make it a more comfortable place to reside.

Transportation connectivity was good with easy availability of cabs, buses, autos and rickshaws. Malls, PVR, Market and gaming zones were also available nearby. Maintenance was fine with proper cleanliness and hygiene. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Construction quality was also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available and well maintained. Neighbours were friendly and cooperative.
Main gate security was not well maintained. we need some agency which can provide us good security stuff.

Just a basic society providing essentials to live in . You can live here on rents for a short duration best for bachelor as the prices are quite affordable
There are no auto, cabs, metro, or railway station services nearby. Cleaning and garbage collection are not managed well, and the fees are high. The building has leaks and cracks. The amenities are very limited with only a park available. most the people are rented here so there is no interaction with neighbours .

The absence of a lift is inconvenient, especially for those on higher floors, and the distance to the main road makes commuting and access to amenities challenging.
