Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Highway is nearby Balcony is not available. Garden is available and spacious Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is not maintained. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. People are not friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society. Parking space is not available. Water supply issues are faced. he constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.
