The community flourished thanks to its outstanding amenities and infrastructure. Situated conveniently close to grocery stores, bustling markets, healthcare centers, schools, and universities, residents enjoyed easy access to essential services. Public transportation options like buses, autos, and taxis were readily available, making daily commutes a breeze. With a robust water supply and efficient waste management systems in place, daily operations ran smoothly. Ample parking spaces and a spacious park with a children's playground were beloved by all. Residents were known for their warmth and hospitality, contributing to a friendly atmosphere. Safety was a priority, evident in the well-maintained surveillance cameras and elevators. Additionally, reliable communication networks and internet services were highly valued by the community members.
Overall, the society was satisfactory, with no major issues. It was aesthetically pleasing, and all the essential amenities were available. However, there were some shortcomings in the maintenance of the amenities.

Though I haven't interacted much with my neighbors, I've noticed that our society offers a range of amenities, which is definitely a plus point. It's reassuring to know that we have access to facilities like gyms, clubhouses, and more within our community.
My experience living in our society hasn't been as positive as I had hoped due to several maintenance issues. Despite the presence of amenities, their upkeep seems to be lacking, which is concerning. The most significant inconvenience I face on a regular basis is the unreliable functioning of the lifts. This not only adds to the daily hassle but also poses safety risks, particularly for elderly residents or those with mobility issues. It's disheartening to see such essential facilities not being properly maintained. Urgent attention is required to address these issues and ensure that our living environment is safe and comfortable for all residents. While the amenities are there, their upkeep seems to be at an average level, indicating room for improvement.

Transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs are easily accessible. Our society maintains cleanliness and hygiene well, with timely garbage collection and pest control. Security is ensured through CCTV installation, a good security system, and the availability of security guards.
The construction quality in our society is average, leading to occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Ventilation is also not optimal. Although amenities are available, none of them are functional. Limited parking space leads to chaos among residents. Additionally, there is no power backup, and occasional water supply issues arise. Moreover, there are interpersonal issues among residents, including conflicts related to pets.

This society sits along Dhanori Road in Vishrantwadi, Pune. Nearby, you'll find grocery shops, salons, pharmacies, and vegetable vendors. Getting around is easy with plenty of buses, auto-rickshaws, and cab services. It's a great society with no other troubles and ample parking space, People are friendly and educated, festivals like ganesh chaturthi, navrati, diwali, etc are celebrated within the premises.
In this society, everything's okay most of the time, but when summer comes around, water becomes a big problem. You only get water for a few hours during the day and in the evening. If you forget to save up enough water.

The society is very good in all terms, as parks and gardens are properly maintained and the society is very spacious. The connectivity of the society is very convinient in all point of views, public transports like auto, buses and cabs are easily available outside the society. Hospitals are available nearby the society. Street lights are working properly and the roads are in good condition. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Rooms are very well ventilated. CCTV is avilable and works properly all over the society. Lifts are also maintained properly. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly. Society allows pets and I have never faced any issues. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society.
There are no parking spots available forr tenents in the society. The society is old now for which sometimes damp, seepage and leakage issues happens.

There is parking available in the basement area, and the basement is problem-free. During the rainy season, there are no issues with water logging either inside or outside the society. The society enjoys 24x7 water and electricity supply. Daily garbage collection ensures that cleanliness is maintained. CCTVs are installed in all areas, and guards are stationed at each entrance to verify people. The lifts in the society are well maintained. All festivals are celebrated within�the�society.
The school, hospital, and railway station are all approximately 6-8 km away from the society, so these facilities are not located very close�to�the�society. There is no swimming pool in the society. All the amenities available are in the society, but most of them have been non-functional for a long time due to low maintenance. Additionally, pets are not allowed in the society.

Moreover, the recurring problems with ceiling leaks and seepage detract from the comfort of living here. So far, despite the building being quite old, the construction quality remains strong, with sturdy walls that are challenging to drill into. The rooms are generously sized with good ventilation. Nearby, there's a grocery market and supermarket for convenient shopping. The location is excellent with easy access to transportation options like auto, cab, Ola, and Uber. The airport is only 10 minutes away, ensuring good connectivity. The society benefits from 24x7 water and electricity supply, along with robust safety measures such as continuous CCTV surveillance and guards stationed at both entry gates, which are used alternately for�entry�and�exit.
Based on my feedback about that society, the cleanliness was not satisfactory because cleaning was conducted on alternate days and regular maintenance was lacking. As the society aged, amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse became non-functional due to poor maintenance. Additionally, the railway station is about 8 km away from the society, impacting�connectivity.
