Good things here
Local transportation is very convenient, like the bus, available within a walkable distance from the society. Maintenance is very good; the water facilities are very effective, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues in the society. The greenery around the society is very good. Security is very effective; personal security is excellent. Parking space is very secure. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers, which is convenient. The security of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is also no visitor parking in the society.

Good things here
I have no issues with connectivity; autos, cabs, the metro, and the railway station are all nearby and convenient. Maintenance, construction, and the neighbourhood are all excellent, with no problems. Security measures like CCTV are reliable, and parking, including guest parking, is sufficient. There are no stray dogs causing issues either.
Things need improvement
While there are no issues with connectivity, maintenance, construction, or the neighbourhood, and security measures like CCTV are reliable, the absence of amenities is a major drawback.

Good connectivity, including excellent public transport options, enhances accessibility and convenience within the society, making it easier for residents to travel and access various amenities.
Things need improvement
High leakage and seepage issues pose significant challenges in the society, negatively impacting the overall living conditions and requiring urgent attention for resolution.
