Good things here
I have been living here for 20 years since this building was constructed, and I have friendly, supportive neighbors. Public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. The electricity and water supply are reliable, with no seepage or termite issues. The plaster and fittings are up to the mark.
Things need improvement
The dislike I would say is that there is a seepage issue faced by me in the flat and the amenities are also chargeable, only if you pay then can access them. Rest everything is up to the mark and I don't feel any improvements is required.

Good things here
The maintenence of the society is great, society is well cleaned and maintained all the time. there is no leakage and seepage issues in the houses. All the amenities are provided in the society. neighbors are interactive and decent.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is no so good because only bus station is nearby the society metro is 1. 5 km away from the society which is regular problem for the people travelling via metro and other public transport.

I haven't attended any festivals because I was living in a shared accommodation where only families usually celebrate. There are no issues in the society, so it's a great place to live.

Good things here
In my society, the gym, clubhouse, and pools are all functional. The neighbors are quite cooperative, and there are no issues with services like Uber, Ola, or deliveries. There are no problems with sunlight or ventilation here, and garbage collection and cleaning are always done on time.
Things need improvement
The main issue here is that heavy bags are not allowed in the lift; only passengers are permitted. If you want to use the lift for carrying goods, you have to pay a fine of 1000 rupees. Another major concern is leakage and seepage, especially with cracks being a significant issue. Other than that, everything else is good.
