Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants make daily errands and dining convenient. Recent road construction has improved road quality, enhancing accessibility and ease of travel. Maintenance and cleanliness of the society are top-notch, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant living environment. Reliable 24-hour water supply and power backup minimize disruptions to daily activities. Regular garbage collection and clean corridors contribute to the overall cleanliness of the society. Ample parking space, including visitor parking, addresses parking needs for residents and guests. The construction quality of buildings is commendable, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. A robust security system, including CCTV surveillance and security guards, enhances safety and security. Properly maintained elevators add convenience for residents. Pet-friendly policies without facing any issues cater to pet owners' needs. Absence of water logging and mobile network issues ensures hassle-free living. Residents are friendly, educated, and cooperative, fostering a sense of community. Cultural festivals and events are celebrated together, further strengthening community bonds.
Things need improvement
Since our society doesn't have space to construct amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or parks, I've been exploring alternative options. I've started looking into nearby facilities that offer memberships or day passes for gyms or swimming pools.

Connectivity, such as availability of cabs, is present but uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities like a garden area, which can be disappointing for residents.

This is stand alone building ,so there are no as such amenities only one Small gym is there . Construction of the society has become too old so little bit repair work is there, which is under the procees to resolve.
