Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there are no cracks or seepages in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Hospitals are available within walking distance from the society. Cleaning of the society is very good and hygienic. Hospitals are available nearby, which is very convenient for emergencies in the society.
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and table tennis are not available in the society. Public transportation like buses is available from a distance of around 1. 5 kilometers from the society.

The surroundings are peaceful and calm, with no disturbances. The people nearby are friendly and helpful, and we have good power backup for maintenance. The lifts are well-maintained, and the floors are cleaned daily. Garbage collection is regular. We have easy access to a bus stop, supermarket, and school within a 2 km distance, and the road quality is good with well-maintained street lights. Parking spaces are ample, and the construction quality is excellent.
The society is facing water shortage issues, which disrupt daily routines and require additional measures to ensure an adequate water supply.

Public transportation like bus routes are available within 400 meters from the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry separately in the society at a particular time. People are very well-educated and cooperative. Everything is accessible from the society, like supermarkets, vegetable markets, and small convenience stores, all within 100 meters, which is very convenient.
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are not available in the society. Parking areas are congested, and there is no visitor parking in the society. Construction quality is poor because of some leaks in the walls of the buildings, and the overall wall quality is also subpar in the society.

Conveniently located near my office, with a bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores within 200 meters. Schools and hospitals are also within a 2 km radius, making it very convenient. The road quality is good, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. Functional street lights ensure safety at night, and maintenance charges are reasonable, with regular garbage collection. Reliable power backup and properly functional lifts add to the convenience. Construction-wise, there's proper ventilation and ample sunlight, enhancing the living environment. The apartment amenities include a gym, kids' play area, and walking track. Overall, the surroundings are lively, with a mix of residents, including many bachelors.
During the summer months, water scarcity is a concern, and there are issues with leakages in the walls. Cleaning efforts are not up to par, and unfortunately, the gym is not functional.

The lift functions well, proper painting is done regularly, and there is a reliable water and power supply. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
Traffic congestion is a significant issue within the society, causing delays and reducing the overall ease of movement for residents. This remains a major concern.

Construction quality is not good; there are some sewage issues in the bedrooms and leakages in the walls of the buildings. There are also some external cracks in the walls of the society. Water facility is poor; it solely depends on the tankers in the society, which is very inconvenient.

Three years ago, I moved away from this society. At that time, it was well-maintained with a reliable water supply throughout the day, as well as available power backup options. The maintenance charges were reasonable and affordable for everyone. There were no seepage problems, and parking facilities were ample. Additionally, the society allowed bachelors to reside, which was a positive aspect. Residents could live comfortably due to the excellent security measures in place.
Three years ago, I moved away from that society. At the time, most things were good, with the only issue being the limited amenities; notably, there was no pool within the community.

This small community comprises approximately 50 families. The connectivity within the society is excellent, facilitated by a bus stop located approximately 500 meters away. Additionally, there are several schools, supermarkets, and 1 to 2 hospitals within a 1-kilometer radius of the society. Maintenance facilities, including cleaning and regular elevator checkups, are functioning efficiently. Furthermore, all flats are equipped with power backup facilities to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Amenities such as a community hall and play areas are readily available.
There is no swimming pool for residents and the gym is not in working condition. There are some seepage problems due to the older construction.

During my time there, the society had excellent maintenance facilities such as regular cleaning in all the community areas, reliable power backup options for residents, and reasonable maintenance charges. The society is well-connected to places like IT Parks, international schools, super specialty hospitals, and numerous supermarkets, all conveniently located within 1 to 2 kilometers from the society. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, a community hall for gatherings, a play area, and ample parking options were available. The residents were also known for being friendly and helpful when needed.
In this society, there are a lot of bachelor residents alongside families, leading to numerous disturbances. The water supply is restricted to specific timings and suffers from poor quality. Construction standards are subpar, with instances of seepage due to the presence of saltwater. Furthermore, there is a lack of amenities, including the absence of a swimming pool and indoor games for residents.
