Good things here
Public transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, Uber, and buses are readily available. The society is conveniently located near a market area, with malls also within reasonable distance. Maintenance of the society is diligently managed, focusing on cleanliness. During festivals, the society is adorned and cleaned thoroughly. Neighbors are amicable, and we celebrate festivals together. Any issues within the society are promptly addressed by the management. The parking area is well-maintained and without problems. Safety, particularly for women, is prioritized and effectively ensured within the society.
Things need improvement
There are varying issues with lighting in the society; while some areas have adequate lighting, others require repairs. The road outside experiences significant traffic, particularly during rainy weather. Visitors often have to park their vehicles outside as parking space is not allotted within the society. During summers, water shortages are commonly experienced.

The society offers excellent connectivity with nearby public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs. It's conveniently located close to market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants. The roads and street lights are well-maintained, ensuring safe travel. Residents have designated parking, and the elevators are in good condition. Security is robust with available guards. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and promptly addresses any issues. Construction quality is reliable with no seepage or leakage problems.
Things need improvement
There's limited sunlight in my room, which is something I've noticed. As for amenities, although they are available, none of them are currently functional.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with easily available autos. All modern amenities are functional and available. The residents are decent and celebrate festivals together. Water is available 24/7, and the lifts are well-maintained. Overall, the society is considered safe.
Things need improvement
There are significant issues with leakage and seepage due to poor construction quality. Cleanliness is not up to the mark, and there is limited greenery in the society.

Good things here
I lived there three years ago, I appreciated the overall living experience. The community had a friendly atmosphere, and my apartment was comfortable. The area was relatively peaceful, which I enjoyed. Despite some challenges, I have fond memories of my time there and formed good relationships with my neighbors.
Things need improvement
The salty hard water was a constant irritation during my stay. It affected everything from bathing to laundry and appliance maintenance. The 30-minute distance to the railway station made commuting a bit challenging, especially during rush hours or bad weather. These issues sometimes made daily life more difficult than I would have liked.

I'm very happy living here! The society has great amenities like enjoy gym, and clubhouse. Getting around is easy with well-maintained roads, and public transport access. Plus, there's no construction noise to disrupt the quiet

Things seem to be running smoothly in society at the moment. Of course, there's always room for further improvement, but it's nice to appreciate the current stability.

All modern amenities are available and in good working condition. Festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community. Security measures are stringent, with each person being verified upon entrance. The construction quality is top-notch, with no defects in the buildings.
Things need improvement
Occasional traffic congestion outside the society can be a concern. Additionally, the presence of pesticide issues within the society needs attention for the well-being of residents.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is avilable in the society.
Things need improvement
No such water supply issues are faced but during summers there's some shortage of water faced all over Pune.

The neighbors are very friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. Whenever there's an issue in the society, we call the management, and they promptly resolve it. the parking area is good with no issues. Safety, especially for women, is well-maintained, and all delivery platforms like Zomato and Blinkit operate smoothly.

There are some issues with lighting; while some areas have good lighting, others need repairs. There's some traffic on the road outside, especially during rains, but the parking area is good with no issues.

The flats had balconies with good ventilation, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. Water was available 24*7, and the society was clean. There were no traffic or pollution issues around the society, and the roads outside were in good condition. Autos and buses were readily available nearby.
Things need improvement
Parking space was not allotted inside the society for visitors, so they had to park their vehicles outside.
