Amenities such as lifts are well-maintained, and cleanliness is consistently upheld, contributing to a pleasant living environment. The presence of greenery adds to the aesthetic appeal of the society and promotes a sense of well-being among residents. The flats offer ample space and ventilation, enhancing comfort for residents. The residents contribute to a positive atmosphere by being friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Things need improvement
I find the society to be generally good, but I believe there's room for improvement, particularly in terms of connectivity and amenities. While the current connectivity is acceptable, I think it could be enhanced further to make transportation more convenient for residents. Additionally, there's a noticeable lack of amenities within the society, and I believe that improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall living experience for everyone.

There are no seepage or leakage issues in the flats, indicating good construction quality. The society offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and a play area for kids. There are no water logging issues inside or outside the society, and the roads are well-constructed. Regular painting and waterproofing maintenance are carried out on schedule, and ample parking space is available within the society.

Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are not readily available outside the society, leading to connectivity challenges. Residents often experience delays of over an hour in finding autos and rickshaws. Furthermore, there are no nearby markets, grocery stores, malls, or restaurants in the vicinity of the society. The cleanliness of the society is not well-maintained, and timely maintenance tasks are not consistently carried out.

Security is top-notch, with security guards, functioning CCTV cameras, and safety features like fire extinguishers ensuring residents' safety. Amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, along with a basketball court, provide ample recreational opportunities. The lifts function properly, and overall, the community spirit is positive, with residents being friendly and cooperative.

The construction quality of the buildings is also disappointing, with evident signs of using low-quality materials. This compromises the structural integrity and raises safety risks. Moreover, the limited and poorly maintained amenities further diminish the overall quality of life here.

I think improving the frequency of public transport would greatly benefit residents by providing easier access to transportation options. The once abundant greenery in the society is declining due to lack of maintenance, affecting the aesthetic appeal and possibly the environmental quality of the area. Cleaning is not done regularly, leading to significant cleanliness issues within the society, which can impact residents' health and well-being.

Nearby, there are malls and restaurants. Our flats don't have any issues with leaks. We enjoy 24/7 water supply without any interruptions in power. The society is always clean, and the people here are cooperative and respectful.
Things need improvement
After 11 pm, you can't find any autos around. The neighborhood lacks modern amenities. The roads outside the community aren't well-kept. Power backup is only available for common areas, and security apps aren't utilized.
