Good things here
I appreciate that the neighbourhood is friendly and the connectivity is good. It's easy to get around with Ola, Uber, and other transport options. The construction is solid, and the security measures, including CCTV, are effective. Parking for residents and guests is also well-managed.
Things need improvement
There is a significant issue with leakage in the building, which is very frustrating. Additionally, there are no amenities at all, which is disappointing. Having amenities would make living here much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Transportation connectivity near the society is good. The maintenance is fine, ensuring proper hygiene, a reliable water supply, and no waterlogging issues. I would rate the construction quality of the building as 8 out of 10, as there are no seepage or termite problems, and the walls are of good quality. Additionally, there is a small garden, and the residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrating festivals with unity.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and open space area are not available in the society. Additionally, there is a need for more space to celebrate events and gatherings within the community
