Autos are not available within the society, and even on the main roads nearby, they are scarce. The metro station is quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. Hospitals are also located at a considerable distance, around 3 kilometers away, which may pose challenges during emergencies. Additionally, cleanliness should be improved within the society for better living conditions.

Connectivity within the society is excellent, with a hospital and several markets easily accessible on foot. Additionally, the proximity to the airport adds to its appeal. The maintenance of the society is exemplary, with no complaints about water issues even during summer months, thanks to good maintenance practices. The monthly maintenance charges are reasonable, and regular garbage collection and cleaning services are efficiently carried out. Residents also enjoy a range of well-maintained amenities within the society, including a swimming pool, gym, badminton court, basketball court, clubhouse, and children's play area. Moreover, the presence of a supermarket and pharmacy within the society further enhances residents' convenience
The only drawback of this society is its distance from the main city and the lack of major shopping malls or government security amenities like banks.

Water facilities are excellent 24/7, and power backup is also provided. The parking area is spacious with two blocks, B1 and B2. Additionally, there is ample visitor parking outside the society gates. Public transportation, like a bus stop, is conveniently located around 200 meters from the society. ATM centers, clinics, and hospitals are within walking distance, making the area very convenient.
There are some construction quality issues in the society, such as seepage in certain areas like sinks in kitchens and leaks in some bathrooms, which is inconvenient. Offices are far from the society. Currently, there is no nearby metro connection, and connectivity options like cabs are unreliable as bookings often get cancelled. Additionally, auto-rickshaw stands are not available within the society either.

In this society, the neighborhood is friendly, with all residents being consistently helpful and strictly adhering to association rules. Additionally, they collectively take care of the surroundings. The connectivity within the society is excellent, as residents have easy access to major amenities such as schools, markets, hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops within a 2km radius. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, featuring 24/7 electricity backup, regular garbage collection, and an uninterrupted water supply. Maintenance charges are nominal compared to other societies in the area. The society also have various amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, steam bath, children's play area, and a community hall for gatherings and parties. Furthermore, parking and security within the society are exceptional.
Improvement is needed in the housekeeping staff within the society. The construction quality of the society is not great, as there are some water leakage issues present.

Amenities like swimming pools are very good in terms of hygiene, and the gym is spacious in the society. The clubhouse is also very spacious. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Schools are nearby the society, within 500 meters. Everything is easily accessible in the society. Greenery is very good; there is a lot of greenery that adds to the beauty of the society.
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees that we are paying. There is no visitor parking available in the society. The construction quality is not good; there are some leakages in walls and flats, and some seepage issues in bedrooms in the society.

Within 1 km, amenities include schools, bus stops, supermarkets, milk dairies, and hotels. Adequate parking and street lights are available. Amenities such as a clubhouse, table tennis, kids' play area, gym, swimming pool, community hall, and walking track are provided. Maintenance is diligent with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. There are no water or power issues, and construction quality ensures good ventilation and balcony space.
The road outside the community is in poor condition, with potholes and uneven surfaces, making it challenging for residents to navigate in and out of the society.

Very good community. lots of co-curricular activities. Safe neighbourhood. Best connectivity. Easy to commute from Airport.
On ORR. There is always rush on ORR. Otherwise the community and all amnesties are nearby and can be easily approached
