Good things here
Connectivity is excellent as cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect waste daily. People are friendly and respectful here. Parking area is spacious. There is visitor parking available. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There are lots of hospitals nearby, which is very convenient for emergencies. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby, making life very convenient.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available in the society. Whenever we book a cab, it doesn't come easily. The construction quality is poor; there are some leakage issues, which is very inconvenient. Parking is congested in the society. There is no metro station available nearby the society. The roads are not good in the society; they should be improved.

Location-wise, essential facilities such as a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and medical shops are all within approximately a kilometer's distance. Street lights are operational, ensuring adequate visibility at night, and there is ample parking space available. Maintenance includes daily cleaning and regular garbage collection, contributing to cleanliness. The water and power supply are reliable. Construction-wise, rooms are well-ventilated for comfort. The community is known for being friendly and supportive, enhancing the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
The road condition within the society is poor, causing inconvenience to residents. Immediate attention and maintenance are necessary to ensure smooth movement and safety for all.

Transportation options like buses are available within a walking distance from the society, which is very convenient. Cabs and autos are also available nearby, and if booked online, they will come to the society. The maintenance of the society is very good, with water facilities available 24/7 and power backup as well. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it every day, which is very convenient. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Parking is very secure, and there are visitor parking spaces as well. The locality of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro station nearby. Additionally, there is a traffic issue outside the society.

Good things here
We have a large open space where I enjoy walking and taking breaks. Location-wise, it's excellent with schools, hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets within 100 meters. The road condition is good, with street lights and ample parking. Maintenance includes daily cleaning and garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lift functions well. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, badminton court, cricket pitch, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
There are leakage issues in the walls of the society, causing concern and requiring maintenance to address water ingress and maintain the structural integrity of the buildings.

Good things here
There were no issues with power cuts or water supply. Cleanliness was maintained, and the amenities were decent. Residents were cooperative and decent, and all festivals were celebrated in the society. The flats were spacious, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
Autos were not readily available near the society; one had to go a little further to find them. When we lived in the society, amenities were still under construction there.

This society, situated near Electronic City and conveniently linked to nearby colleges and multi-specialty hospitals, offers a spacious pool and features two staircase options and two lifts in each tower.
Things need improvement
The society's main downside is its poor construction quality, with minor seepage problems and a lack of proper planning.

The society's proximity to the main road ensures convenient access to cabs and buses, with no water issues and a well-maintained swimming pool for residents. Furthermore, there are no wall leakage problems, and festivals are celebrated within the community.

There are problems with garbage collection and public transportation in their neighborhood. This makes it hard for people, especially kids. It shows we need better facilities and services to make life better for everyone.

It is delivering top quality flats on Hosa Road. The schools, Colleges, Hospitals, markets, banks and IT Hubs are within a range of 5 km. The rooms are well planned and spacious. The location of the residential complex is decent. It connects major areas such as Marathahalli, Bellandur, Begur, Bommanahalli etc. There is a park nearby where people can spend time. The facilities and amenities provided are satisfactory.

Emmanuel height is a great initiative that offers modern yet luxurious apartments. I bought a flat some months back and I am really glad to be a part of this society. The project offers comfortable living with amenities like a clubhouse jogging area kids play area and a lot more. The facilities like water supply electricity power backup parking ensure peaceful living conditions. the project has good connectivity with the national highway and the area is surrounded by beautiful landscape.
