Good things here
Very well ventilated house as well as common areas. The residents are very friendly and cooperative. Decent play area for kids. Residents actively organize and participate in cultural events. Every thing is available just within few foot steps.

Nice park and kids playarea
Things need improvement
Pegions, which is a problem everywhere now a days. Haphazardly laid cable wires on the terrace. No much space for plantations.
