The villas are well designed with decicated parking space for multiple cars in the front poarch. It's a small project spread across 2 acres. The garden villas have good access to the green space. There is roof top swimming pool and kids play area These are 3 BHK duplex with good fittings and wooden floors inside the bedroom. The water supply is borewell. There is no pollution here. Traffic issue unlike main city is absent
Too far from the city no malls, hospitals, Schools and business parks within 10 kms. Won't recommend to anyone for making this as primary home.

It's a small society away from the city. Houses are quite spacious. The dedicated parking space with each house with no boundary walls gives it a very modern look. The greenspace is well maintained. It is connected with the city via bandapur road. Atal bihari botonical garden is also located close. there are couple of shops nearby for daily needs
It's too far from the city and time taking if you work in north or west bangalore. We purchased this as a holiday home. Also there are no good schools and medical facilites within 5 kms. The amenties are also limited.

Weekend gateaway place for me and my family. Lush greenary surrouding the location. Botonical garden and lot of farms can be seen. The project is a good investment opportunity for someone buying a 2nd home or using as airbnb for earning good yields.

I moved out of this society, and during my time there, amenities such as a park, play areas, and parking options were excellent and well-maintained with good hygiene standards. The best aspect of this society was its cleanliness; common areas and roads were always kept tidy. There were no issues with the construction quality of the buildings. Additionally, there was good connectivity to nearby grocery stores, dairies, supermarkets, and a few schools.
The presence of security guards in this society, a significant proportion of whom are older, raises concerns about the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the security system.

In the neighbourhood of the project, there is a problem with water logging that may be a nuisance during wet seasons. Despite being well-built, the infrastructure need greater upkeep.
