easy accessibility to main road, nearby facilities of all kinds, nearby schools, hospitals, temple, club, good security, no water or electricity issue

Things need improvement
Everything is good. Lack of playground for sports activity. However, there are a lot of sports coaching centres on walking distance. Therefore, as such I don't find any issue in society.
