Good things here
Great property and place to love in. There are all amenities in place. No disturbances at all. Everything is in close proximity in derabassi
Autos and Cabs easily available
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
Good celebration of festivities
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Things need improvement
Nothing majorly. Everything looks good and is a nice place to live in. It is a big gated community so if you do not have a personal vehicle it will be a lot to walk inside.
