Good things here
There were grocery shops nearby. The society had modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, basketball ground, and tennis court. The clubhouse and everything else were very well-maintained. The garden had lush greenery. Covered parking was available for all residents in the society. The maintenance was excellent for facilities like lifts, CCTV, and the security guards did their job very well. The maintenance charges per month are 7500rupees. The construction quality ensured proper ventilation. The society was located near the highway, so Ola and Uber were easily available. We celebrated all festivals like Holi and Diwali together.
Things need improvement
There was a slight leakage issue in the kitchen. Since the society was located near the highway, normal public transport like autos and rickshaws wasn't readily available. The metro station was 15 kilometers away from the society. When I was there, malls, hospitals, markets, and other amenities were not nearby. There were fields behind the society, which sometimes caused manageable waterlogging during the rainy season.

The property offers a swimming pool, clubhouse, and open areas for recreational activities. With all amenities available and a construction age of 5 years, there are no traffic issues in the vicinity.

Good things here
This neighborhood is really nice and very new society. It has everything you need like a gym, swimming pool, sports equipment, and a fun play area for kids. The location is convenient too. Even though the hospital is a bit far, it's still not too hard to get to if you need it. Overall, it's a great place to live!

This is a prime location for living. all the facilities like swiming pool,gym,club house,parking area, playground all are there.

We feel that construction quality is not very strong. no metro is nearby of the society.

Very worst rent experience in my entire tenancy period in this Brigade Lakefront. I don't recommend anyone to take rent. Too much of traffic and pollution around. Seems Very innocent but one must regret if deal with him and while leaving.

It is a premium apartment location and construction is very good, futuristic home with lots of facilities. It is a good place to invest as well considering the amount and development near the project. Me and my wife are proud of our investment

The quality of the construction seems to be really good. Everything in close distance from metro station and to railway station, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality in heart of Gurgaon.
