The connectivity is fantastic, with public transport options readily available just a short walk away. It's so convenient to have local shops, supermarkets, and schools nearby. The road quality is excellent, making commuting smooth and hassle-free. Inside, the rooms are well-ventilated, and I've been lucky to not encounter any construction issues like seepage or termites. One of the things I appreciate most is how well-maintained our society is. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities, and garbage collection is always done promptly. Plus, having 24/7 access to drinking water is such a convenience. Safety and security are also paramount here. With functional CCTV cameras, security guards, and the use of security apps, I feel reassured. The sense of community is strong, with friendly and cooperative neighbors who come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. It's also wonderful that our society is pet-friendly, and everyone respects the rules to ensure harmony. And let's not forget about the amenities! Having elevators in all the towers, a small play area for kids.
Living here has its challenges. While the connectivity is decent, unfortunately, there's no nearby metro station, which can make commuting less convenient. Additionally, the lack of proper parking space is frustrating, with cars parked randomly in open spaces. I also wish we had better facilities and amenities within the society. It would be wonderful to have a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse for residents to enjoy. Without these amenities, it can sometimes feel like something is missing in terms of recreational options. One of the biggest concerns is the water supply. The quality of water received by the society leaves much to be desired.

As a resident of this community, I am thrilled with the excellent facilities and the overall living experience. The neighbors here are nice, friendly, and humble, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Security is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring our safety. The connectivity is fantastic, with the society conveniently located near the main road, making it easy to access public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, adding to the ease of commuting. Regular garbage collection, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, keeps the community clean and hygienic. Essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, which is incredibly convenient. Each resident is provided with a designated parking space, and everyone follows the rules, ensuring orderliness. The elevators are installed and maintained, making it easy to move around within the buildings. We enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, which adds to our comfort. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The homes are well-ventilated, and the quality of plaster and fittings is top-notch. The community also boasts amenities like a play area and a garden, which are well-maintained and provide great spaces for relaxation and recreation. Regular painting of the society keeps it looking fresh and vibrant.
While we enjoy many excellent facilities and a strong sense of community, there are a few amenities we wish were available. Specifically, there is no gym or swimming pool, which would have added to the convenience and recreational options for residents. However, apart from this, everything else is great.

The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The rooms were of standard size with proper ventilation. Rent was very reasonable in that society. Allocated parking was available for owners and residents. The lifts were well maintained, and the community had a good mix of people. CCTVs were installed in all areas, and guards were stationed at each entrance for security. Waterlogging was not an issue during the rainy season. Transportation options like auto cabs were easily accessible around the society, and there were also supermarkets and grocery�shops�nearby.
Public transport facilities were not easily accessible near the society, as the railway station was 18 km away and there was no metro in the area. Regarding amenities, there were no amenities available in the society�not even a garden, pool, park, or clubhouse. Only lifts and parking were provided for residents�in�the�society.

In my opinion, our society boasts excellent connectivity. We have convenient access to various modes of public transportation like auto-rickshaws and buses, making commuting hassle-free. The roads are well-maintained, contributing to smooth travel experiences. Maintenance is also top-notch, with efficient garbage collection and abundant greenery enhancing the surroundings. Additionally, the flats are spacious and well-ventilated, without any seepage issues so far. The residents are also very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the society.
While our society does offer amenities, they may not be as extensive as some residents would prefer. Personally, I believe there's room for improvement in this area. Overall, however, I find the society to be quite satisfactory, and I don't see any other significant areas that require improvement at the moment.

The build quality was excellent, with no apparent problems observed. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Fire safety features, such as fire extinguishers, are available throughout the society. There is a continuous supply of water and electricity, available 24x7. CCTVs are installed across the society to ensure security. Parking spaces have been allotted for both owners and visitors within the society�premises.
One significant drawback of the society is its lack of amenities. It's described as a small and basic community that doesn't offer any amenities, except for a small kids' park that is being developed through�community�fees.

Time to time maintainance is done in the society, the society is kept clean. The public transportation is easily available around the society, The connectivity is good of the society, nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. There are no seepage or leakage inside the buildings, the construction quality is good. People are good and friendly in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the societty.
Facilities and Amenities were not available in the society, there are no gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids in the society.

The area around the society has no traffic problems, and public transportation is easily accessible. The society is well-maintained and clean, with 24/7 water availability and all modern amenities in good condition. There are no power outages due to backup systems in place for flats and common areas, and maintenance fees are reasonable. A market nearby provides convenience, and the surrounding roads are well-kept. Pets and bachelors are welcome, and residents are respectful. There are no issues with leaks or dampness
The society would benefit from a larger lawn. Additionally, it would be great to have a cycling track, which is currently not available
