the maintenance charges in the residential plots was very high and there was frequent power cut everyday

Good things here

The quality of fruits are very good in the society and the society has gym and indoor sports also. There are very less power cuts or water issues faced in this society. The society is very safe as guards are present on main gate. This society is even safe for children.

The society does not have clubhouse and one gym is present which is not too much spacious or big. So a new gym should be made here which should be big as compared to the previous gym.

Major markets, malls, shops and other stores are nearby. People can freely raom around even during the night as there are safety concerns due the CCTV camera installation and 24* security guards availability.

About 11 km from Ambattur Industrial Estate via Poonamallee High Road. The roads, parks, jogging tracks are well planned and clean enough to motivate you do exercise or go for a evening walk. There are shops, gym, swimming pool, open area and other amenities available inside. The safety is also good for the kids and senior citizens. No power or water supply issues. Rightly priced and connected with the major roads where there is no traffic jam.
