The people around are friendly and cooperative, especially when your son faced health issues and the neighbors came to help. Living in a place where everyone feels like family is a real blessing. It's also great to know that your community has excellent connectivity, with essential services like bus stops, schools, supermarkets, grocery stores, and fruit shops all within 1 km. The good road quality, street lights, and ample parking space contribute to a comfortable and convenient living environment. The maintenance of your community is commendable, with a dedicated committee ensuring cleanliness, regular garbage collection, and the proper functioning of amenities. The 24/7 water and power supply, well-maintained lift, and regular painting are crucial for a hassle-free living experience. Moreover, the variety of amenities available, including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, indoor games, sauna, party hall, kids' play area, and walking track, add to the quality of life. It's wonderful to have such a well-rounded and supportive community.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion in our society needs addressing. Implementing better traffic management and parking solutions would greatly improve safety and convenience for all residents.

The lush green surroundings with abundant trees and plants create a serene atmosphere. I particularly enjoy the spacious walking track, perfect for evening strolls. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop and supermarkets just 500 meters away, while hospitals, schools, and shopping malls are within 3 km. The well-maintained roads and functioning street lights ensure safety at night. Ample parking spaces add to the convenience, and the array of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, community hall, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and garden, are all well-kept. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning by housekeeping staff, regular garbage collection, 24/7 water and power supply, and properly functioning lifts. Additionally, the well-painted buildings and ventilated rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment.

Finding parking spaces can indeed be challenging at times. Implementing more efficient parking solutions would go a long way in alleviating this issue and enhancing the overall convenience for residents.

Location-wise, it's excellent, with essential amenities like the school bus stop, supermarket, autos, and milk dairies all within a 1 km distance. Street lights are functional, and ample parking spaces add to the convenience. Construction-wise, we've experienced no issues; the rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Maintenance is smooth, with no issues in collecting charges, and all utilities like water, power, and the lift are in proper working condition. Regular painting and cleanliness efforts ensure a hygienic environment, with daily garbage collection. The community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere.

The road within this society is in poor condition, demanding immediate attention and repair to uphold safety and convenience for both residents and visitors.
