Good things here
The society offers great connectivity, with easy access to public transportation like autos, buses, and cabs just a short walk away. Nearby markets provide convenient access to essential goods and services. We enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity 24/7, and society management promptly resolves any issues that arise. Maintenance charges are kept nominal, making it affordable for residents. Hygiene and cleanliness standards are diligently maintained throughout the society, including timely garbage collection. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving proper sunlight throughout the year, and the high construction quality ensures no seepage or leakage issues have been encountered. Emergency exits, staircases, and corridors are readily available for safety measures, and the buildings are earthquake-proof, providing additional peace of mind. Security guards and functioning CCTV cameras ensure residents' safety. Elevators are well-maintained, with timely servicing, and there's a park available for children to play in. Residents of the society are friendly, helpful, and celebrate cultural festivals together, fostering a strong sense of community. Open parking space is available, eliminating any parking issues.
Things need improvement
The road constructions are currently underway, improving the overall infrastructure of the area. While facilities and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society, they are not always properly maintained. Some amenities are currently non-functional and require attention.

Good things here
I really appreciate several aspects of living here. The connectivity is excellent, with public transport readily available. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is well-managed. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed diligently. The construction quality is top-notch, ensuring durability and comfort. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and well-fitted amenities enhance the living experience. The gym and clubhouse are maintained well, providing additional recreational options. Moreover, the neighbors are friendly, humble, and easy to get along with.
Things need improvement
While my overall experience is highly satisfying, there's one issue that stands out. The absence of street lights in the society is noticeable and can be inconvenient, especially during the evenings. Resolving this would greatly enhance the safety and convenience of the community.

Good things here
I really enjoy living here because of the well-maintained garden, which provides a pleasant space to relax. The connectivity is great, with public transport easily available. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is very convenient. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring safety. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is also a plus.
Things need improvement
While the construction quality is generally good, I have faced seepage issues in my apartment a few times, although they were repaired promptly. There's a gym and a swimming pool, but both are currently closed. Parking is a major issue, as not everyone has been allotted a parking space; only early residents have designated spots, and the rest of us have to find space wherever we can. Additionally, the building has aged and looks dull due to its brownish color.

Good things here
The people living here are great, and we often celebrate festivals together. The place is kept very clean. While there were some leakage and seepage problems before, they have been reduced a lot now. Public transportation is convenient and close by. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight and has good ventilation, and the garden is taken care of nicely.
Things need improvement
The society faces a notable issue with water supply, experiencing disruptions 1-2 days per week without a predictable schedule. Occasionally, water is available even during nighttime. Furthermore, the swimming pool has been closed for the past 4-5 years, with uncertainty surrounding its reopening.

Residents enjoy convenient access to nearby shops, schools, and amenities. Connectivity is good, with public transport options nearby. Construction quality is high, with no reported issues, and lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society currently lacks additional facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, or play area for kids. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of friendliness and cooperation among residents.

Good things here
The area is well-maintained with good cleaning and garbage collection. The clubhouse, garden, and playhouse are nice. The lifts work well, and the people are friendly and celebrate festivals together. But better public transport to the station would make living here much easier.
Things need improvement
While autos and cabs are available, there's no bus service to the railway station, which is a big inconvenience. The gym is not working, and I have faced issues with seepage and leakage in the flats. On top of that, the maintenance charges are increasing frequently. Overall, these problems make living here quite frustrating.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws, cabs, and e-rickshaws are easily accessible. The road outside is also good. Everything I need is nearby, and I am completely happy with my society. I haven't faced any issues so far. Ventilation is good, and sunlight reaches properly. People here are cooperative and friendly. The clubhouse, gym, and park are also available, overall I am satisfied with my society.
Things need improvement
Our society has almost everything one could need, with the exception of a swimming pool. However, almost all other amenities are available here, making it quite convenient for residents.

However, outside the society, road quality is poor, leading to waterlogging issues during the rainy season, which can be inconvenient for residents. In summers, water supply is insufficient, posing challenges for daily activities. The build quality of the society is poor, resulting in leakage and seepage problems, which may affect the structural integrity and comfort of residents. Certain amenities need improvement; for instance, the swimming pool has been non-functional since construction, and there is no gym available, limiting recreational options for residents. More sports activities should be organized, and trained instructors should be brought in to enhance the overall well-being of the community.

There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Maintainance charges are not high. Security system is very good in the society. Security guards are available in the society. Greenery is properly maintained. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Balcony is available in the society. The society is very spacious.
Things need improvement
Outside road constructions are going on for which traffic issues are faced sometimes. The road conditons are not good.
