Good things here
Essential groceries were conveniently available nearby, and the roads outside were well-maintained with adequate street lighting for safety at night. Inside, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, and garden contributed to a calm environment. Garbage collection was efficient with daily segregation, and maintenance and cleaning were consistently high. Residents were cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together. The society welcomed diversity and was friendly towards bachelors. There were no drainage issues, and the construction quality was excellent, ensuring no leakage or seepage problems. Rooms were spacious and well-ventilated with quality fittings.
Things need improvement
During my time living in that society, I didn't encounter any issues that I'm aware of. So I have no complaints about anything in that society. Overall, my experience living there was great, and I loved being a resident in�that�society.

Good things here
The society offers nearby schools, hospitals, and accessible local transport. The management maintains excellent hygiene standards with regular sanitization. Construction quality is high, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, park, and garden create a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are well-ventilated, and parking is allocated for owners and visitors. There's 24-hour water supply and reliable CCTV security.
Things need improvement
The society faced frequent power outages without backup facilities. Local residents dominated, leading to less cooperation. Festival celebrations were infrequent compared to other societies, and public transportation was unavailable in the area.

Good things here
The society has easy access to local transport and nearby amenities. The building's construction quality is excellent, with no leakage or seepage issues reported. It offers amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids play area, along with adequate parking and a robust security system. Maintenance charges are reasonable compared to others in the area.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with limited nearby public transport and a less responsive maintenance team. Moreover, there is no designated visitor parking available within the society, and power backup is restricted to common areas only.

Good things here
Nearby schools and hospitals made it convenient for residents. Local transport and essential services were easily accessible. The society featured excellent build quality without leakage or fitting issues. All amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and garden were available. Parking for both owners and visitors was provided with spacious slots. Security was effective with CCTV surveillance, and a prompt maintenance team ensured upkeep.
Things need improvement
The main drawback of that society was the lack of metro facilities in the area, with the railway station also situated a bit far from the society. Only bus services were available nearby.

Good things here
Connectivity was really was just top notch this society was just near by wagholi phata so transportation was just great,There were 3 schools near by the society and hospitals were also there in the society construction quality was so good there was no seepage issues. High security system in the society all the areas were under cctv survilance in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply was there in the society. Crowd of the people was good and friendly in the society.
Things need improvement
All the amenities were there in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area but the gym area was not well maintained and some machines were not functional at that time. Parking was the concern sometimes like all units were not have allcoated parking in the society. Power back up facilities were not there in the society.

Good things here
Auto,cabs are available near by the apartment,Construction quality is also great in the society there were no issues regarding leakage and seepage. All the modern amenties are there in the society and fully functional in the society. High security to there residents biomatrix facilities were there in the society.
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues in the apartment but power back up facilities are there in the society but that is chargable and due to that maintenance charges are bit high in the society.

The community has excellent connectivity with easy access to public transport such as auto rickshaws and cabs just a short walk away. The society is well-maintained and clean, with proper hygiene standards in place. Security is a priority with CCTV cameras, security guards, and security apps utilized for added protection. Residents also have access to balconies and a range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids. The atmosphere is welcoming with friendly and cooperative neighbors who come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals as a community.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, access to drinking water in the society is limited to only 2 hours a day, which is a significant inconvenience. The water supply overall is not reliable, and residents often face issues with it. Additionally, electricity problems are common, with frequent power cuts and the lack of any power backup system. The construction quality of the buildings is average at best, with problems like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues being reported. Moreover, the lack of nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants outside the society further adds to the inconveniences faced by residents.

Good things here
This society doesn't have any restricted rules for bachelors, and there are no extra charges to use any of the amenities. Moreover, the society is very neat and clean, which is commendable.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the apartment is extremely poor, with numerous cracks on both the outer and inner sides. Unfortunately, the managing committee has not addressed any of these issues.

Good things here
New flyover is constructed that's why we are not facing any traffic jam. Location is very good. Connectivity is also good.
Things need improvement
bit of seepage issue arises in the society. Plaster are falling down from the wall. Paint is very old.

Good things here
All the amenities has been provided like gym area, walking area , club house and everything was very well maintained and tenant can use every facilities without paying extra charges. Locality vise this society is big plus to live in . security system good, other than society memebers nobody is allowed to use amenities.
Things need improvement
On every Thursday,from 9 am to 5 pm electricity supply has been cut off even though power back up has been given to common areas only. Water which is supplied to resident is hard water,mineral water has been provided,but bounded by time .
