Good things here
The connectivity is convenient with easy access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, metro, railway station, and airport. The construction quality is good with no noticeable defects. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is reliable with comprehensive CCTV coverage and vigilant security personnel. There is ample parking for both residents and guests, and stray dogs have not caused any problems.
Things need improvement
There were significant issues with cockroaches, which was particularly concerning during certain times of the year. Also, the swimming pool had leakage problems, which affected its usability and overall enjoyment.

Good things here
This neighborhood has great and amenities like swimming pools, table tennis areas, basketball courts, and nice walking paths for fun activities. Plus, it's easy to get buses, cabs, and go to malls, and there's plenty of water available.

Good things here
I moved out of this society around 2 years ago. At that time, the society was managed by MY Gate, which provided and fulfilled all major services for the residents, which was great. The maintenance of the society was commendable, with good water supply, reliable electricity backup, and excellent lift maintenance services. The surroundings were also kept clean, and regular cleaning was conducted. The mobile approval system for guests was efficient, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent.
Things need improvement
I moved out of that society around 2 years ago. At the time, there were several issues plaguing the community. Firstly, there were inadequate transportation facilities, with only cabs available, making it inconvenient for residents to commute. Additionally, the society imposed extra maintenance charges when residents moved out, and failure to pay these charges resulted in restrictions on using packers and movers. Furthermore, the amenities such as the play area and gym were available, but they were small and could only accommodate a limited number of people at a time, which was not ideal for a community of that size. Lastly, the CCTV cameras were not functioning properly, compromising the security of the residents.

The society is well-organized with proactive committee members always ready to assist. We utilize the My Gate app for easy complaints and connectivity. Within 500 meters, there's a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and a school. Roads are in good condition, and street lights ensure safety. Adequate parking space is available. Amenities include a basketball court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is reliable with thorough cleaning and proper garbage disposal. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift functions well. The surrounding residents are friendly and engage well with each other, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

There are ongoing issues of wall leakages within the society, requiring immediate attention to prevent further damage and ensure structural integrity and residents' comfort.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is readily available if booked through web apps. Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups. Garbage collection is excellent. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and a well-maintained cleaning service, which keeps the area very clean. Security measures in the society are strong and ensure residents' safety. Public transport options, like bus stops, are very convenient. Small shops are available nearby, making it convenient for emergencies. The greenery in the area is very good, enhancing the quality of life.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor, with some areas not being water-proofed properly, especially in the bathrooms where there are leaks. Amenities should be improved.

I moved out of this society one year ago. At that time, the standard features of this society included ample greenery and open spaces. It is located on the outskirts of the city, but the connectivity is good, with buses available nearby until midnight. There are also numerous schools in the surrounding area. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with no major issues or complaints. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with regular garbage collection. The construction quality is remarkable, with no reported issues. Additionally, there are amenities such as a play area, swimming pool, and gym available.
Things need improvement
Moved out of this society a year ago. At that time, the only dislike about this society was its location on the outskirts of the city, which resulted in high travel times to go anywhere in the city.

Water facility is very good, with power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect both wet and dry waste. The parking area is very spacious and well-maintained. Public transportation like buses is available nearby within a 50-meter distance, which is very convenient. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and a party hall, which are available and well-maintained. There is visitor parking available for guests and residents alike.

Connectivity is very poor in this area. If we look at the availability of web cabs, it's not good. Construction quality is very poor, similar to other places in the vicinity. Maintenance expenses are high. There is no metro available nearby.

Good security and parking facilities. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection.

Connectivity of the society is bad as its hard to get autos, cabs and public transport nearby. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available but they are not well maintained. No other issues in the society at all.
