Maintenance services, including garbage collection and cleaning, are punctual and efficient, ensuring residents' comfort. Water and electricity supply are consistently reliable, with no major disruptions reported. Monthly maintenance charges are reasonable compared to neighboring societies. Security measures within the community are robust, providing residents with peace of mind. The surrounding community is educated and composed of good individuals. Conveniently located amenities such as an ATM, fruit shops, a bus stop, and a supermarket are within 1 km. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Our amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, walking track, and garden. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. There are no issues with water or power supply, and the lift is well-maintained. Additionally, the construction quality is good, ensuring a solid foundation for our community. read more
