Maintenance services, including garbage collection and cleaning, are punctual and efficient, ensuring residents' comfort. Water and electricity supply are consistently reliable, with no major disruptions reported. Monthly maintenance charges are reasonable compared to neighboring societies. Security measures within the community are robust, providing residents with peace of mind. The society has a range of amenities, including a gymnasium, table tennis facilities, and a common community hall, enhancing residents' quality of life.
This society's major concern is traffic congestion due to the presence of several IT companies in close proximity. Additionally, the construction quality in this society is also not up to the mark due to some minor issues with seepage.

We prioritize security with 10 security guards and CCTV cameras in every block, ensuring a safe environment where unknown individuals are not allowed without residents' permission. The surrounding community is educated and composed of good individuals. Conveniently located amenities such as an ATM, fruit shops, a bus stop, and a supermarket are within 1 km. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Our amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, walking track, and garden. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. There are no issues with water or power supply, and the lift is well-maintained. Additionally, the construction quality is good, ensuring a solid foundation for our community.
The children's play area in our society could be enhanced by incorporating modern play equipment and improving safety features.

Living here has been quite satisfactory overall. Connectivity is excellent with convenient access to the metro, railway station, and airport, making travel easy and efficient. Maintenance is consistent, keeping the facilities in good condition. The construction quality is solid, with no major problems. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. CCTV coverage and security measures ensure a safe living environment. There is ample parking space available for both residents and guests, which is a plus point.
The cleaning in the children's play area is not up to the mark, which can be concerning for parents. Also, there are a lot of stray dogs in the society, which might pose a safety issue for residents, especially children.

The greenery within the society is abundant, and nearby grocery stores add to the convenience. Ample free parking space outside the society is another plus. Additionally, the residents are friendly and polite, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The maintenance charges in the society are approximately 5000 rupees. However, the parking area can be a bit congested, and there's limited space for visitor parking.

People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities.
Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby but sometimes have to wait for them too. No other issues at all in the society.

The society is located near the main road, making it very well connected to all essential places such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, restaurants, and a few supermarkets, all within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Maintenance is also commendable, with the management ensuring security and addressing water-related issues promptly. The amenities, including the multipurpose hall, swimming pool, play area, and parking facilities, are well maintained. Having resided in this community for the last 6 years, there have been no problems such as leakages or flooring issues due to the high-quality construction.
In this society, there are approximately 200 families residing, but amenities are limited, and there are no indoor games due to the lack of multipurpose hall facilities.

The society is well equipped with multiple services and facilities 24x7 like water and power supply. all amenities are available within the society like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. The society is well-made and properly maintained and proper greenery and cleanliness are maintained. valise toh I like everything about the society but location would be one thing I like the most as its well connected and everything is nearby only.
Society is a bit small and open spaces are less. back I like everything in my society....

The location also has good connectivity to nearby schools, hospitals, and shopping malls, all within a distance of 1 to 2 kilometers. Furthermore, the construction quality ensures there are no issues with leakages.
The only issue is that there is a swimming pool inside the community, but it is small and lacks temperature adjustment facilities.
