The safety part is taken care of by professional security. All types of flats are available here so, you can buy them at a reasonable price. There is no traffic hassle and you can easily book a cab or catch an auto/bus from the stand that is reachable at a short distance. All the basic facilities like hospitals, banks, markets, malls, cinema halls schools, colleges, and other institutions are nearby which is a plus point for this project.

Safety is good here and there are street lights here, there is not much problem here and public transport is also very good here. Mobile connectivity is good here and the road condition is also good and there is a security guard here and safety is also good here. There are shopping malls, shops, grocery stores, parks, gyms, and other facilities that make this place desirable to live in.

The developer did not think of adding any space for indoor recreation. There is no such arrangement inside the building. Security is not prominent. This is not a project I will recommend.
