This residential land for sale is RERA approved. Connectivity is a plus point because the bus stand is nearby. Also, all cabs arrive here on time which saves a lot of time. A calm and good location with strongly constructed flats and houses is what describes the place the best. Even all the major schools and colleges are also nearby so that you can send your kids for better education without wasting time on commuting.

Nova Element 5 is a residential plot by Nova Lifespace. Water and electricity are not an issue are available all the time. Lots of parking space for residents as well as for the visitors. Cabs reach here easily and the public transport is also quite accessible. It is a nice project with a great view of nearby mountains and fresh air. The amenities such as shops, malls, schools, colleges, and hospitals are reachable within 1 to 5 km.

This project was launched in January 2020. There are 150 units in Nova Element 5. The other amenities like parks and gyms are reachable at walking distance right inside the society. Connectivity is too good because all major cab services reach here within no time. There are malls, PVRs, clubs, restaurants, bus stops, auto stands nearby and it is completely safe to live here as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere in the society along with professional security service.
