The society has strict security measures, with guards stationed 24/7 in every sector. Water supply is reliable, available round the clock, and there's also power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate bins for wet and dry waste. Flats have excellent ventilation. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis facilities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available within the society premises, requiring a 1 km walk to find them, which is inconvenient. The construction quality is subpar, with issues like leakage, seepage, and gaps in the doors, as well as tiles coming off the floor, which adds to the inconvenience. Maintenance charges are expensive. Additionally, public transportation, like buses, is accessible but requires a 1. 5 km walk, which is also inconvenient.

Good things here
In our society, it's easy to get cabs and autos, whether we use Ola, Uber, or other services. People here are friendly and respectful. We have reliable water and power backup round the clock. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate bins for wet and dry waste. Our flats have good ventilation. Celebrating festivals together is a joy. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and well-equipped gyms are great. The green spaces are large and well-kept.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is subpar, with seepage issues in the bathrooms and bedrooms of the flats, and poor-quality walls. Cleaning inside the society is not satisfactory and requires improvement.

The water facilities here are excellent, and garbage collection is also well-managed. People in our community are friendly and respectful. We have amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and a kids' play area, all of which are well-maintained. The greenery in our society is also quite pleasant. Celebrating festivals together here is enjoyable, and residents are very respectful towards each other. Essential services are conveniently located within 300 meters from our society, making daily life very convenient.
Things need improvement
In our society, the maintenance charges are about 5000 rupees. Public buses are available within a convenient 2-kilometer distance from our neighborhood.

The quality of roads is commendable, complemented by ample parking space and well-functioning street lights, ensuring safety and convenience for all. The amenities provided are meticulously maintained, boasting two swimming pools, two clubhouses, basketball and badminton courts, a dedicated kids' play area, walking paths, a party hall, and lush gardens. Construction has been seamless, devoid of any significant challenges, and maintenance efforts are commendable, with daily cleaning of the surroundings. Additionally, we benefit from reliable water and power supply, while the lifts operate smoothly, enhancing our overall living experience.

The construction quality of the society is impeccable, ensuring excellent ventilation within the flats. Maintenance services are efficient, guaranteeing uninterrupted water supply and reliable power backup systems. Moreover, the monthly maintenance charges are quite reasonable.

When I lived in this society around three years ago, I found that the connectivity within the community was lacking. This was primarily due to the absence of essential facilities nearby, such as large supermarkets, and limited availability of fresh vegetables and fruits. Additionally, there were no IT companies in the vicinity, and the society lacked metro connectivity.

Plus, essential facilities like a grocery store, clinic, and ATM are conveniently available within the society. The construction quality here is really commendable, with well-designed and spacious flats that make for comfortable living spaces. And when it comes to security, you can rest easy�there's a good number of staff ensuring everyone's safety.

Residents and commuters in this area may find it inconvenient due to the lack of metro connectivity, impacting those who rely on public transportation. Additionally, residents in this society occasionally encounter issues with the elevators.
