Good things here
All the facilities like swiming pool,gym,club house all are there. public transport is there like ola,uber,rapido,autos . people are very humble. location is good.

Constrauction quality should be improve, there are some seepage issue. any type of public transport have not there.

Kaafi accha hai society. Maintenance theek hai society mein. Issues aate hain toh resolve hojata hai. Aas paas ke society ke hisab se acha hai yeh society. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, badminton court hai, clubhouse hai. Saara festivals bhi celebrate hota hai. People are very friendly in society. Power back up bhi hamesha rehta hai.
Things need improvement
Public transport kuch nahi hai yaha, auto bus nahi milta. Khud ki vehicle ho toh best hai. Seepage ka issues aata hai kabhi kabhi. Construction quality acha nahi hain yahan, flats me kuch zyada hi ventillaton hai. Poor quality of plaster. Society ke bahar hi village hai, toh raat mein safe nahi lagta hai bahar nikalne mein.

Good things here
People live together harmoniously. All festivals are celebrated in the society. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There is no issue with power cuts. The flats are well-ventilated, and the layout is good. The maintenance of the swimming pool is good. Pets are allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a big issue as there are no autos or buses available. The internal roads within the society are in poor condition. Maintenance is not up to the mark. There is a widespread issue of seepage near the bathrooms in all flats. The badminton court is not well-maintained. There should have been more amenities available. Elevators are not kept clean most of the time.

Residential apartments witnessing the manicured gardens was very much attractive and lovely places for me while considering flats to to start living in and exploring nature more closely. The location near Dwarka expressway has been witnessing charming, luxurious and lavish residential apartments to move in and start the beautiful journey in the beautiful house which is why chose this. The ready to move apartments have been offering me space for 2bhk, 3bhk,4bhk and 5bhk residential flats and I bought one according to my demand and budget to live in these constructed residential places with my family.
