The schools, colleges, markets are nearby so you can go there within a few minutes. Taxis and cabs can also get to this neighborhood fast because all public transportation is within walking distance. Well-maintained roads and ample parking space make it more comfortable for residents as well as visitors to enjoy a calm and clean environment unlike any other. Security and safety of the residents are never compromised as there are CCTV cameras, security guards, and street lights alongside the road, and police patrolling is regularly done. read more

As far as the location is concerned then it is well connected and at a prime location which is pretty good as compared to other projects where cabs do not arrive on time mostly because of traffic jams which is not the case here. The good condition of roads and green trees and street lights alongside them keeps the environment fresh. There is no need to go anyplace else to satisfy daily necessities because there is an open space, gym, food stores, medical stores, and ATMs all on the same grounds. read more
