Pammal is only 2 kilometers from the airport, therefore you can be there in 10 minutes. There are many well-kept parks, and the roads are in good condition. Furthermore, the connectivity is excellent because you can simply access an auto or bus stop, both of which are usually available. The connectivity is excellent, as it takes only a few minutes to reach public transportation or a taxi at your doorstep. Schools, colleges, and other amenities such as parks, shopping malls, gyms, multiplexes, and markets are all within walking distance. It is safe to go around the premises at night because the security is good. read more

I have booked a flat which is in 4th floor and i loved the overall features and view i get from the balcony. Moreover, the strategic location also makes the commuting easy. Easy drive to supermarket, hospital, school, metro rail, basically everything that family needs.

Saravana Stores and Chennai Silks are two shopping malls in Chromepet, which are only 2 kilometers from Pammal. The project's most attractive characteristics are its good connectivity to public transportation, such as auto and bus stops, and its outstanding location. Hiring a cab is substantially easier due to the general good connectivity and easy availability of public transportation since they always come on time due to the calm traffic. The biggest issue is the high levels of pollution, which may be a source of concern; otherwise, it is a well-connected and attractive place to live. read more

I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. I bought this flat for my husband, and he is really happy.

There aren't a lot of issues with it. Schools, universities, and markets are all close by, so you can be there in a matter of minutes. Public transport is easily available and you can reach the nearest auto or bus stand within 10 to 15 minutes. Nice project with all the basic amenities and well maintained roads and parks. It is the right place to feel rejuvenated and calm every day. Power supply is good and the security is also up to the mark as there is a regular police patrolling who ensures the high levels of security for not just the residents but also for the visitors. read more
