Has a homey feeling. Excellent site, next to WEH, with rapid access to the Linking Road, the Eastern Express Highway via SCLR, and the LBS Road. However, there is a mosquito problem.

The setting is unparalleled. Close to the local station and much closer to the motorway. Opposite there is a wine shop. There are numerous shops nearby. Rents are slightly higher because the building is new. For example, a completely furnished two-bedroom apartment might cost Rs. 55,000.

Excellent housing experience. A secure society with a high level of privacy. Very quiet, with no street noise. The Western Express Highway and the Santacruz station are both very close. All amenities are conveniently located nearby.

I reside in a large and well-built apartment. It's easy to overlook the entrance and a little challenging to find. The environment is somewhat ruined by the stench in the neighbourhood.

Offers an excellent housing experience a secure society that values privacy. There is no street noise and it is really quiet. very close proximity to Santacruz station and the Western Expressway. So, no problems of connectivity.
