Parking was sufficient, and maintenance charges were justified. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was a continuous 24/7 water supply. Cleanliness standards were upheld, and festivals were celebrated within the society. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Additionally, there were no issues with leakage or seepage, and public transport was easily accessible.
The society did not feature a swimming pool. Its location on the main road resulted in significant traffic issues.

Locality of this society is really great like local railway station is at walkable distance from the society even auto,cabs are easily available. Construction is of good quality like there is no leakage seepage issues in the apartments. Maintenance is really good like good security system and time to time cleaning and sweeping in the society. neighbours are quite helpful and friendly.
Only semi amenities has been provided like gym,kids play area and double parking for owners and visitors but there is no swimming pool in the society. Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only. There is no biomatrix on the entrance of the society.
