In this society, there is ample open space for walking, adorned with beautiful greenery and well-maintained garden areas. Various festivals, including Sri Rama Navami and Holi, are celebrated with enthusiasm, alongside national events like Independence Day and Republic Day, featuring engaging activities and events. The society boasts excellent connectivity, with easy access to amenities such as a fish market, a salon, and a D-mart within walking distance. Major school bus routes serve the area, and there is a convenient bus stop nearby. Residents enjoy the convenience of a Vijetha grocery store within the society, and vegetable vendors who set up stalls three times a week. The society offers a range of amenities, including a community hall, gym, swimming pool, and yoga classes catering to all age groups. Maintenance is exemplary, ensuring regular water supply and overall upkeep. read more

The road quality is excellent, complemented by properly functioning street lights. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning and garbage collection, as well as regular lift maintenance. There are minor traffic issues within the society, causing occasional congestion during peak hours, which residents navigate with patience and cooperation to ensure smooth movement. read more

Good things here

There are around 100-plus families residing in this community, and the best thing about it is the excellent celebration of events for every small festival. All the residents come together and enjoy these festivities. The connectivity is also great, as all international schools, super specialty hospitals, supermarkets, shopping malls, and bus stops are situated within a 1km radius of the community. There are well-maintained amenities for residents, such as a clubhouse including a gym and good play areas for everyone to enjoy. Overall maintenance is also excellent, as we have never faced problems with seepages. read more

Things need improvement

In this society, the availability of parking spaces is minimal, and this needs to be addressed due to the majority of residents owning cars. Sometimes, parking becomes an issue due to the limited space. Additionally, despite painting and waterproofing efforts, there are still some seepages. read more
