Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory, with easy availability of cabs and autos. The roads are wide and well-maintained. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available for residents. The community is known for being friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection and housekeeping services in the society are occasionally irregular, which impacts maintenance standards. The construction quality of buildings is notably poor, as evidenced by widespread seepage issues in many flats.

Good things here
The neighborhood is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, where residents maintain good relations with each other. There are minimal infrastructure issues, indicating that the area is well-developed and well-maintained. Residents benefit from having a proper swimming pool and dedicated playing area within the community.
Things need improvement
Connectivity in the area is not very convenient, as residents need to walk to the main road to access e-rickshaws or other forms of public transportation.

Good things here
My overall living experience in the society was really good, especially since it was newly built at that time, so there were hardly any issues in the apartment. The connectivity was also excellent, with transportation facilities easily accessible near the society. All the amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, park, etc. , were available within the society. There was a proper water supply available, with the society having its own borewell water source and a connection to the BMC water supply. Additionally, the society had full power backup facilities in the apartments.
Things need improvement
Covered parking was available for those who purchased parking spots, and there was also open parking allocated. However, tenants were charged extra to use the amenities in the society.

Connectivity is good like local transport available easiliy. open parking has been provided for guest and resident.

There were some restriction to use swimming pool . power back connection is given only to the common area.

Society is very well maintained and atmosphere around the campus is neat ,clean and hygenic.society has good connectivity in terms of local transport facilities.

Bachelor's were allowed in the society but they can not use any of the amenities in the society.

Society has good connectivity like bus stop,school,collages,grocerry shops were at walkable distance.build quality was great.allocated parking space for resident and visitors.

Railway station is far away from the society.power back up facilities were not provided.

Local transport available easily,essentials were also available inside the aprtment. atmosphere of the society was so beautiful and peaceful. security sytem was good,society was so neat and clean.
Things need improvement
My personal experience in that society was so bad,trust issues with landlord regarding deposite even though rent was bit too high. build quality is bad,leakage seepage issues. apartment is little inside from main road.

Connectivity is so bad like no local transport facilities available,hospital is 30km away.poor managing committee ,society has no rules regarding anything.surrounding is not neat and clean.kids messes up with the amenities like gym and club house.build quality is poor,no sound proof rooms.neighbours are incorporative,loud noice and music problem.

The apartments provide ample parking space, along with a beautiful garden and well-maintained amenities such as a mini hall and clubhouse. Additionally, there is an efficient garbage disposal system in place.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the building is not up to par, with noticeable cracks on both inner and outer walls. Additionally, the maintenance of the gym area and kids' play area leaves much to be desired.

Good things here
The location is convenient, with markets nearby, and communication is good. Plus, well-maintained and clean societies make for a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
We should consider incorporating gas connections and water meter facilities, along with enhancing the amenities. Additionally, the children's play area could be expanded to accommodate more activities.
