Garbage collection is efficient with separate disposal of wet and dry waste. The proximity to the main road, within 100 meters, provides easy access to the busy city. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor facilities are available and well-maintained, enhancing residents' lifestyle. Nearby hospitals like Cavalry Hospital offer convenient emergency services. Public transportation, including buses, is conveniently accessible within 100 meters from the society. The parking area is spacious with designated blocks, L1 and L2, and there is additional visitor parking available. The metro station located right in front of the gate adds to the convenience of commuting. Pet dogs are allowed within the society, accommodating pet owners comfortably. Weekly owner's meetings are enjoyable and foster community spirit. Festivals are celebrated enthusiastically within the society, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all residents.
Things need improvement
The water quality in our society is poor as it is sourced through tankers, causing inconvenience. The construction quality is also subpar, evidenced by water fluctuations and issues with the walls, which further compound the inconvenience for residents. Consequently, maintenance charges are high due to these water scarcity issues affecting the society.

Maintenance of the society is good, like the water facilities are very good, and power backup ensures continuous availability. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it regularly, ensuring cleanliness. People are friendly in the society. Amenities like playgrounds are well-maintained. Public transportation stations are available within walking distance, which is convenient. Cleanliness in the society is very good; they maintain cleanliness and hygiene well.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are too expensive at Rs. 5 per square foot that we are paying. Connectivity via cab and auto is not easily available; it takes a lot of time to get one. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available but not functioning properly. Parking is congested in the society; there are no visitor parking spaces. Association management is inefficient. Construction quality is very poor; there are many seepages and cleanliness issues in the flats, making it very inconvenient.

The maintenance of the society is excellent. The floors, garden areas, open areas, and surroundings are regularly cleaned, ensuring hygiene. Garbage collection and disposal are frequent. Elevators are well-maintained, safe, and secure. There is a 24/7 supply of water and electricity. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Connectivity is good, with schools, bus stops, supermarkets, and hospitals within 1 km. The roads are of good quality, and street lights are present. There is ample parking space. Construction-wise, the buildings have proper ventilation and ample sunlight in all rooms. The residents are friendly, and there is no disturbance in our surroundings.
Things need improvement
The main road in our society grapples with traffic issues, causing delays and congestion. Residents seek solutions to alleviate these challenges for smoother commuting experiences.
