Less polluted and calm place to live a comfortable life, almost all the amenities are available within a walking distance. It is also quite safe at night and the power or water supply is available 24*7. Properties with 100% power backup available. Safety is appropriate as there is police patrolling done twice a day and cameras are also installed. Additionally, the nearby malls, cinema halls, shopping complexes never let you get bored.

About 15 km from Pune International Airport. No issues with safety and it is completely safe even for girls and senior people. Roads have street lights and CCTV cameras to further strengthen the security of the residents. All sorts of public transports are available and there are many schools, colleges and hospitals nearby. As far as the location is concerned then it is well connected and at a prime location which is pretty good as compared to other projects where cabs do not arrive on time mostly because of traffic jams which is not the case here.

The north, the taluka of Pune, and to the south, the taluka of Pimpri-Chinchwad. The connectivity is never an issue also, the colleges, schools, shops, ATMs are nearby. Furthermore, the view is great and you can enjoy calm evenings on your balcony as the neighborhood is also good. The green parks and other health amenities including a gym, pool, jogging tracks make life more comfortable and healthy.
