Good things here
There are many wonderful things about the society. For example, it offers easy access to public transportation including cars, buses, and taxis. There are markets close by, and the roads are in decent shape. Well-kept amenities include a clubhouse, play area, garden, swimming pool, and gym. The buildings are properly ventilated, and the construction quality is superb with no seepage, leaks, or termite problems. Parking is available, and the water supply is dependable in addition to frequent rubbish pickup. There is a security guard on duty at all times, and elevators are maintained and serviced.
Things need improvement
One drawback is the low level of social interaction in the community. A sense of community and support among the residents may be hard to develop in the absence of social interaction, which could improve their quality of life as a whole.

Society ke aas pas hi sari chije available ho jati hai jaise ki auto bus market school sab pass me hai. humare neighbours bohot acche hai sab log milke rahete hai. buildings ko achi balcony hai. Drinking water 24*7 available hota hai. society me visitors parking bhi hai and drainage ya seepage ka bhi koi issue hume nhi hua hai.
Things need improvement
Society ka garden ache se maintained nhi hai garden me jo play area hai vo agar tuj fut jaye to vo jaldi se maintain nhi krte hai. utility area bohot congested hai thoda our bada hona chahiye tha. security achi nhi hai guards change hote rahete hai our kisi ko bhi bina permission ghar par bhej dete hai. shopping malls thode dur hai.

Good things here
The society has its own clubhouse with numerous sports facilities including a gym, swimming pool, snooker, and more. And the view? Absolutely awesome.
Things need improvement
A minor downside: the road nearby can experience occasional traffic jams during the evening rush. Other than that, everything is flawless.

Good things here
The society is excellent, with cooperative members and a beautiful garden. All essential facilities including lifts, water supply, and electricity are top-notch. Moreover, the locality is also desirable, making it an overall fantastic place to live.
Things need improvement
Everything about this society is fantastic except for one minor issue: the network range can be spotty, especially in the lobby where it may fluctuate between one or two bars. However, once inside our flats, we often encounter no network signal. Despite this inconvenience, everything else in the society is excellent.

Good things here
The Dosti area is incredibly eco-friendly, making it the ideal place to reside with your family. Their Dosti Club offers various games in a separate building, enhancing your recreational options. With three existing buildings and another under construction, the community is expanding. Rest assured about your child's future; the atmosphere is conducive to their wholesome growth.
Things need improvement
I don't see any major issues in this society. However, it's worth noting that it's a bit distant from the city center, with Thane city located around 10 km away. In the evenings, there might be some traffic congestion, especially if you're coming from Vashi or Kalyan. It would be beneficial if they could introduce additional activities in their Dosti Planet to enhance the resident experience.

Good things here
Everything is great! There are shops within the society premises, and the overall cleanliness of the society is commendable. Additionally, the watchman is efficient and reliable.
Things need improvement
I would prefer having a metro station near Dosti Planet North to alleviate the traffic congestion that I often encounter.

It's like a complete package; it has everything you need without having to leave most of the time. All the daily essentials are covered within the society grounds.

It's a bit of a trek to reach the local market for your monthly rations, but fear not, the society has shops to cover your daily needs. However, there's a hiccup with the drinking water situation – the absence of TMC water lines due to ongoing road construction. While you do receive one Bisleri water bottle daily, it might not suffice.

Good things here
I'm Rehan, currently residing in Dosti Ruby. This building offers excellent security with visitor checks, and the residents are polite, educated, and helpful. Although the swimming pool is temporarily closed due to COVID, the parking space is ample and convenient. The Club Royale is particularly beautiful, and overall, I prefer living here over Mumbra.
Things need improvement
Like any place, Dosti Planet North has its share of disappointments. Firstly, the society imposes high maintenance charges of Rs. 3350 per month. Additionally, due to its location, there are instances where we have to wait for an auto and struggle to find one. Moreover, the road in front of the building is riddled with potholes and poorly maintained speed-breakers.

Positive Review: Dosti Housing Society is an excellent locality. It offers a plethora of facilities, all conveniently accessible. Its proximity to markets, schools, and hospitals is a major plus. Moreover, its connection to the Mumbai Pune highway and Navi Mumbai adds to its appeal.
Things need improvement
One major drawback is the inconsistent supply of clean water, particularly problematic during the summer months when many Indian cities struggle with water shortages. Additionally, public transport accessibility is sometimes hindered by society restrictions prohibiting vehicles within the premises.

Good things here
Dosti Planet North offers excellent commuting options to Navi Mumbai and Western Mumbai. Its structural integrity is top-notch, and the well-maintained clubhouse provides ample facilities. The building premises are under 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance. Overall, it's a great society with all amenities and facilities.
Things need improvement
So far, our only discomfort has been intermittent water disconnection. However, the lack of a service road has led to occasional frustrating traffic jams, causing inconvenience and consuming time.
