Good things here
We are looking for Working professionals/ Family for our fully furnished 1-Bhk flat. (Modular Kitchen, Sofa cum Bed, table & Chair, Master bed, side table, cupboard, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Chimney, Induction heater, Bathroom fittings, Fan/Light. This flat is lake facing in Tower 2 near to main gate with car parking. Please connect for long term rent agreement.
Things need improvement
Nothing. Only Area is under development with high future potential. Everything else is perfect. Near to Airport but far from city.

Good things here
Prestige Finsbury Park is instagrammable for sure. The apartments are planned to ensure enough natural lights and ventalations in the rooms. There are many facilities like power backup, Wi-Fi, etc. in this project, so you can easily work from home.
Things need improvement
It is a developing area and you will not be hearing any typical bangalore traffic honking sounds there :).

gated society, with best security protocol for safety and all modern amenities and club house facility available . very very close ti airport

A fantastic gated community in Aerospace SEZ just 12 km from airport. Fantastic club house with all amenities including mini theatres, meeting rooms, lecture rooms, gym, sauna, massage room, steam bath, tennis, badminton, billiards, table tennis, squash, supermarket swimming pool etc.
Things need improvement
Nothing so far. Its a new society with 3 kids play areas including the trampoline, wall climbing open sky kids gym park too
