Good things here

The reasonable maintenance charges also make it easier for residents to upkeep their homes without breaking the bank. Additionally, the low traffic and availability of public transport are also major pluses for me.

I will be staying here with my wife and my mother in law and they too are in awe of this place.

sometimes making a rash decision pay offs, and thats what happened with me while buying a home here. a friend of mine got her hands on this luxury property and seeing her i too made my offer and weeks later i got my brabd new home that i cannot wait to move in redecorate. i am super excited and happy that this came as a value for money.
