It offers many positive attributes that contribute to a pleasant residential experience. The maintenance services are exceptional, ensuring well-kept common areas and prompt resolution of issues, which fosters a comfortable living environment. The construction quality is also outstanding, providing sturdy and durable homes for residents. Additionally, the amenities provided are impressive, including recreational spaces and community facilities that enhance residents' quality of life. The vibrant social life within the society is another highlight, with regular events and activities that foster a strong sense of community among residents. Overall, excels in providing a high standard of living with excellent maintenance, construction quality, amenities, and community engagement.
Things need improvement
There are challenges in connectivity due to ongoing road issues managed by the municipality. These issues cause discomfort and inconvenience for residents, making commuting difficult and frustrating at times. The persistent road problems may lead to traffic congestion and delays, detracting from the overall convenience of living in the society. While the society excels in other areas, such as maintenance, construction, amenities, and social life, the need for improvement in infrastructure management to enhance connectivity is evident. Addressing these road issues would significantly improve the overall living experience for all residents.

Good things here
Auto cabs, Ola, and Uber are easily accessible near the society, providing convenient transportation options. The locality of the apartment is excellent, with schools, hospitals, grocery shops, and local markets nearby. The build quality of the apartment is good, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage, and spacious rooms. The society offers various facilities including a gas pipeline, water pipeline, and allocated parking for owners and visitors. All amenities such as the swimming pool, club hall, game park, and pool are available and well-maintained, contributing to a high quality of life for residents. People in the society are cooperative, and functions are conducted smoothly. Water and city supplies are readily available, ensuring convenience for residents. Overall, it seems like a well-equipped and harmonious community�to�live�in.
Things need improvement
The area lacks metro connectivity, although construction work is underway. The railway station and airport are far from the society. While the internal roads within the society are in good condition, the approach road quality is poor and underdeveloped, posing an issue. Frequent power cuts occur in the society, with power backup provided only to common areas such as lifts and common lights. This lack of reliable power supply can be inconvenient�for�residents.

Good things here
Having reliable and readily available public transport, especially auto cabs, has been a real convenience for me. It makes getting around much easier. Additionally, the maintenance services in our society, such as garbage collection and lift maintenance, are really well-managed, which is reassuring. I'm also grateful for the excellent maintenance of all our amenities, including the gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, and gardens. It's nice to have access to well-kept facilities that enhance our quality of life. And the best part is the friendly and helpful residents of our society. It makes living here feel like being part of a tight-knit community. Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of such a well-organized and welcoming environment.
Things need improvement
The standout feature of our society, in my opinion, is definitely its connectivity. Living here means easy access to various modes of public transport, including auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses, which makes commuting a breeze. Moreover, the surrounding area offers a plethora of amenities within easy reach. From schools and hospitals to markets and other essential services, everything I need is conveniently located nearby.

Good things here
The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. The residents are good and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated. There is enough parking space. The lifts are always maintained. There is plenty of greenery in the society. We had a leakage issue in our master bedroom, but we have solved it now.
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society; sometimes we find them, sometimes we don't. The roads outside the society are not in good condition either. There are cracks in the flats; in our kitchen, cracks are visible near the chamber, and now we can't do anything about it. The society is only five years old, and cracks are already appearing. Some residents with 1BHK apartments were raising issues about maintenance fees, arguing that the maintenance charges for 1BHK and 2BHK apartments should not be the same; they believed that those with 2BHK apartments should pay more. However, the maintenance charges were decided when the society was formed. Last summer, there was a slight issue with water for 1-2 days.

Good things here
Within 30 minutes, there's a bus stop nearby. Ola and Uber are also accessible near the society. There are malls, markets, schools, and vegetable shops available nearby. Both covered and uncovered parking options are available. The society offers amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden, all well-maintained. Ventilation is good, and balconies are spacious. Cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Navratri are celebrated. The flats are spacious, with four flats per floor, ensuring ample corridor space. Rent for a 3BHK is Rs. 4500 per month. Garbage collection is on time, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. The society has lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards, all in good condition.
Things need improvement
A metro station is currently under construction. There are occasional issues with seepage . The quality of the road leading from the main road to the society is not good, causing waterlogging during the rainy season.

Good things here
There are no problems with seepage, leaks, or cracks in the structure's construction. The maintenance crew does an excellent job of cleaning the water tank, collecting trash, and performing routine cleaning. The elevators run smoothly and are kept in good working order. It's a nice neighborhood to live in because everyone is welcoming and friendly. The apartments comfortable living areas are made possible by their enough natural light and excellent ventilation. Because of the society's excellent connection, getting to and from the train station, auto, taxi, subway, and bus is simple.
Things need improvement
Tenants feel unfairly treated because only owners have access to the society's benefits. Tenants are not permitted to use the garden, kids play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, park, or parking areas provided by the society.

Parking is allotted to all residents. The society is always maintained and kept clean, with high standards of hygiene. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises, and the security system is robust, with security guards available. The construction quality is good, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Ventilation is adequate. The lifts are well-maintained. Facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The quality of the roads outside the society is poor, leading to waterlogging issues. Street lights are not available on these roads, and there is no nearby metro station.

Society has good connectivity with local transport like auto,cabs even tough there is no water logging issues in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.Build quality is great ,no leakage and seepage,termides issues in the apartment.High security system and timely garbage Collection in the society.

Maintenance charges are bit high and even though society is not maintained well like swimming is not functional since long time.

Living in this society has been a wonderful experience! The maintenance is top-notch, with timely lift services, regular cleaning, and efficient garbage collection. The friendly and welcoming neighbors truly make this place feel like home. Highly recommended!

The connectivity here is terrible because the roads are not repaired, and there are no buses or autos available. The construction quality is poor, with frequent seepage and leakage issues. I experienced power outages lasting 3-4 days, which was very inconvenient. Even though all other amenities are present, there's no swimming pool, which is a big downside.

Good things here
The swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' playing area are all in good shape. The ventilation in every flat is solid, and the folks around here are really friendly and willing to lend a hand. Plus, we've got markets, grocery shops, and vegetable markets nearby for convenience. And you can count on the garbage being collected right on schedule.
Things need improvement
The road outside the society is in rough shape, especially the stretch passing through the nearby village, which lacks proper maintenance and street lighting, posing safety concerns. It's clear that maintenance and improvements are overdue.
