The society has a wonderful living experience. The construction quality of the buildings is exceptional, with no issues of seepage or termites, ensuring long-lasting and sturdy homes. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and quality fittings further enhance the comfort and aesthetics of our living spaces. Connectivity here is outstanding, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are well-maintained, making commuting smooth and hassle-free. Conveniently, essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are located nearby, simplifying daily errands for all residents. Each resident benefits from designated parking, with rules in place to maintain order and ensure everyone has their own space. We enjoy a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water, so there are no disruptions to our daily lives. The elevators are consistently installed and maintained, providing easy access to all floors. One of the best aspects of living here is our very nice, friendly, and cooperative neighbors who are always ready to help. The community is pet-friendly, and residents take great care of their pets, adding to the warm and inclusive atmosphere. Safety is a top priority with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard keeping the neighborhood secure. Regular garbage collection, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, keeps our environment clean and eco-friendly
Things need improvement
There are no modern amenities available, which limits recreational and fitness options for residents. Additionally, there is no committee for the maintenance of the society; instead, maintenance is carried out by the builder. However, this arrangement has never been an issue and has been handled effectively.

The expansive park provides children with ample space for play and various recreational activities. Renowned for their warmth and hospitality, members of the community cultivate an inviting atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Society was up-to-date. There were no major problems everything is working. The residents are also very good, and at the moment there's no pressing need for any upgrades or changes.

Good things here
Autos are readily available near the society. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, with no traffic issues. Water is available 24/7. There are no leakage or seepage issues in the flats. The society has a garden. The residents are good. Lifts are maintained, and there is sufficient parking. The painting is good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance in the society has room for improvement. There is a frequent issue of power cuts, with breakdowns happening often. The society lacks power backup, and there are no modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

You can reach the nearby markets, colleges, schools, hospitals, and malls in just a few minutes. It is suitable for both seniors and young people because of the well-built and maintained roads, parks, and beautiful flora. Cabs arrive on time since public transportation is readily available and traffic is light outdoors. Regular police patrolling with security guards and CCTV cameras there may be no crimes happening in or around the project. The connectivity is very good because auto and bus stands are nearby and there is no problem in traveling to the nearby areas even at the night.

I have bought a 3 BHK apartment in SBR PRAVANIKA but the construction is taking too long to complete. Neighborhood is ultra-posh and safe with the best amenities in the form of restaurants, malls, supermarkets, salons and hospitals with some good schools also.

The beautiful green parks and other amenities are all easily accessible on-site, which is a huge plus. Ample parking space, decent connection, and all of the neighboring amenities are just a few of the project's benefits. You may reserve any cab without having to wait long because it is easy for them to get here. Everything is within walking distance, including green parks, a gym, a swimming pool, an ATM, food stores, and other amenities. There are no traffic bottlenecks or other concerns on the roads.

There is no water scarcity in this place because of the abundant water supply. There is also easy bus and automobile access, as well as 15-minute train service to Chrompet and St. Thomas Mount. Walking late at night or early in the morning is safe for both seniors and children. When you come to visit or stay here, the structures appear to have been built with great care. There is great public transportation, ample parking, parks, and a shop within walking distance.

A fully furnished and well designed apartment is what everyone desires today. My father gifted me a 2.5 BHK apartment in SBR PRAVANIKA for my wedding. I and my husband are both loving this property. It is close to husband’s workplace.
