Good things here

The society has all amenities like a gym, swimming pool, garden, and park. Cleaning is done on time, and there is no garbage lying around. There are no problems with pests. The houses are big and spacious, and all facilities are available in the society.

Things need improvement

Individuals are happy with all the amenities and have no trouble taking advantage of society. Everything they require is in close proximity, and everyone in this place is content with everything.

Connectivity was the best People in the society benefit from convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it convenient to reach essential services and nearby facilities. The water supply and electricity services are also in good condition, providing reliability to the residents. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage in the buildings. The presence of a spacious park enhances the attractiveness of the society providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. the society advantageous location allows easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals adding to its appeal as a residential area.

Things need improvement

Maintenance in the society should be improved. Currently, there is a lack of proper upkeep for various amenities and facilities. The managing team should take steps to enhance maintenance practices to ensure everything is well-maintained and in good condition for the residents.

Maintenance of the society is very good; the water facilities are excellent, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is effective, ensuring cleanliness. Maintenance services are responsive, and community services are well-regarded. Facilities are conveniently located within walking distance.

This housing society is very nice. The connectivity is excellent with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses. The roads are good and there are no traffic issues. The maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, regular garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The construction is well done, with good ventilation and sunlight. There are no seepage, leakage, or cracks. The neighbours are quite interactive and friendly.
