Good things here
The society's connectivity is excellent, which is convenient because I don't rely on public transport daily. Services like Ola and Uber are readily available, making commuting easy. Maintenance is efficient, with everything taken care of promptly. Moreover, the neighbors are friendly and courteous, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the community.
Things need improvement
I dislike the inconsistent construction quality in our society, especially concerning the ongoing seepage and leakage issues in one of the towers. It's concerning and makes me uncertain about potential future problems in my own flat.

Well-budgeted flats best flats with good quality of construction. It has good main road connectivity for all basic needs, easy access to all amenities and facilities Good project with good connectivity. There are some really attractive amenities including a private terrace, swimming pool, park, jogging track, etc.

The area hosts some major industries and is also close to the complex, the main commercial center of the city. The nearest bus station is located very closely which is easy to commute

I had booked property in Phase-3 Raunak City in 2015 & received posession in 2017. Prices have hardly increased in last 5-6 years by 10-15%. My decision seems gone wrong as elsewhere in kalyan west prices are quite high. It seems Raunak Group is not having good reputation in market & so prices are stagnant . I will never book home in raunak at other locations also. Be mindful when u book property in Raunak.

You can see the Aravalli Hills from here. Mine is at a great height and enjoy the view. The floor space is brilliant and so is the common space. Thanks to the team!

I recommend this project to all my peers and family members. It has everything you need ranging from recreational facilities such as reading lounge, football ground, and other sport courts.
