Metro connectivity is currently unavailable from the society, posing a transportation challenge for residents. Additionally, efforts are needed to enhance the aesthetics of the society to improve its overall appeal. Timely painting is essential to maintain the visual appeal of the premises. Outside the society, roads suffer from poor quality, leading to significant traffic congestion, compounded by limited public transport options. Moreover, the construction quality within the society is average, occasionally resulting in issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems.

The gym is well-equipped and decent, providing all necessary equipment. The park and children's play area are nice, and the garden is well-maintained with ample greenery. In case of power loss, there is immediate transfer to the DG, which can support at least 1-2 AC units and sometimes even a geyser and heater. Additionally, there is a small swimming pool and a playing area available.
During the monsoon season, water collects in the basement. Some flats are affected by termites damaging furniture. The wall plaster quality is poor, leading to constant chipping. The society is located far from cities and is situated in the middle of a village with roads in very bad condition, making daily travel challenging. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not operational, and the club is not well-maintained. The society is distant from basic conveniences like metros and malls.

The society was impeccably kept, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Accessibility was excellent, providing easy reach to all facilities. Transportation options like buses, autos, and taxis were readily available for daily travelers. Water supply and waste management were not problematic. Nearby, residents enjoyed convenient access to grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Parking was plentiful, ensuring ample space for vehicles. A large park was provided for children's play and recreation. The residents were warm-hearted and welcoming, and communication and network services were reliable.
Overall, everything was good and well-maintained, providing a positive experience. People were kind and celebrated each festival together. Connectivity was the best part.

The residents were cooperative. The cleanliness was up to the mark. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. There was sufficient greenery, and the lifts were well-maintained.
Public transport was not available near the society. Since the society was 10 years old, there were drainage issues during the rainy season, such as water accumulation in the basement.

Cabs and autos are easily accessible nearby. Roads are wide and society is on the main road. Maintenance is satisfactory with no water supply and water logging issues. Construction quality of the society is also satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the premises. A parking lot is there. Residents are decent.
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Transportation connectivity is not that great as public transport options like buses and metro are not available nearby.

The garbage is cleaned on time, and hygiene is maintained well. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and the water supply is good. The neighbors are also good, and there are no issues with them.
The construction quality is subpar, and maintenance is only average. The society lacks timely painting, and connectivity is very poor with no public transport available, including autos, buses, or cabs. There are issues with seepage/leakage, and while there are amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, they are not maintained properly. Additionally, there are problems with balconies needing repairs at the residents' expense.
