Good things here
I really enjoy living here. There�s a school, hospital, and market nearby, which makes life super convenient. Each resident has their own designated parking spot, and the garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the construction quality is excellent. The interiors are impressive, with no seepage or termite issues, and the apartments are well-ventilated. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. Plus, the neighbors are friendly and respectful, and we have good security with CCTV cameras and guards.
Things need improvement
The only downside is that there isn't an auto stand, so getting autorickshaws can be tricky. Sometimes it's also hard to get cabs. But other than that, everything is great, and I have no complaints.

Good things here
I own this flat, and it's great that we have a no-broker app for resolving issues. The neighbours are friendly and humble, which creates a nice community feel. There are CCTV cameras and security guards available, and the parking is convenient. The elevators are well-maintained, and there's regular electricity and water supply without any interruptions. The gym and clubhouse are also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Public transport can be a bit of a hassle since you have to walk half a kilometre to the nearest bus stop. Garbage collection is only on alternate days. During the rainy season, mosquitoes become a big issue, even though fogging is done regularly. There's also waterlogging in the volleyball court, which is a problem. The maintenance charge of 2300 is quite high.

Good things here
I used to stay here 2 years ago, and overall, I had a good experience. Maintenance was excellent, with timely cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no issues like leaks or cracks. The amenities, including the garden, swimming pool, and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly, making it a pleasant place to live. The security measures, including CCTV, were reliable, and there was ample parking for both residents and guests.
Things need improvement
The main issue was connectivity; it was hard to get cabs and the metro station was far away. There were also problems with stray dogs, which sometimes bit people. Additionally, there were a few thefts reported, which made me feel unsafe.

Maintenance is very good with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection. The construction is solid, with no problems like leaks or cracks. Things need improvement
The biggest problem is connectivity. It's very poor, making it hard to get cabs or reach public transport like the metro and railway station. There is also a concerning problem with stray dogs biting people, which feels unsafe.

Good things here
There are no dogs on the streets and parking is not a problem in the community. Lifts operate efficiently. All the amenities, including a clubhouse, gardens, parks, a gym, and a swimming pool, are available in the society. When required, the neighbours are equally kind and supportive. It doesn't become overly dirty and is kept in good condition.
Things need improvement
Residents are inconvenienced by the lack of accessibility to buses and auto rickshaws. People who need transit must wait a long time and go great distances. Their everyday commute and general convenience are affected by this challenge.

Good things here
The lift works fine, and the cleaning is done well. There are autos and cabs available nearby. Garbage collection is regular, and the water tank is kept clean. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. There is good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. There is a garden, a play area for kids, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and a park.
Things need improvement
Festivals are not celebrated in the society. No other issues in the society , i am completely satisfied with all the facilities provided . Its a great society, my stay have been very comfortable till now without any issues.

Cleanliness is maintained, and there is enough greenery. Festivals are celebrated collectively, and the residents are cooperative. The society has all modern amenities.
Things need improvement
Autos are not easily available near the society and have to be booked online. There is a leakage issue in my flat. The maintenance charges in the society are high, and the security is not up to the mark.

The connectivity of this society is excellent due to international schools, multi-specialty hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls all within a distance of 2km from the community. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are well maintained with regular checkups. Additionally, there is a supermarket inside the community for residents' comfort. The maintenance of society is also good in this community due to the management and association of the community responding quickly to the residents' problems.
Things need improvement
The major issue in this community is the lack of construction quality. The walls near the washrooms become damp due to internal pipeline issues, and there are also some cracks in the walls.
