It is well-maintained and occupies a 20-acre area. Public transport such bus, auto or metro station is most accessible from this place. The well-built parks, gym open areas are of high quality. The nearby markets can be reached comfortably without any problem. The high levels of safety are other advantages of this project. There are so many facilities that you get at such a reasonable price. Overall, it is a nice project with all amenities including ample parking space.

The beginning certificate for the lovely Royal city has not been obtained. It is a project where streets are well maintained and very clean. There are plenty of transport options like metro, bus, auto, and cabs. The market is nearby where you can buy anything. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem.
