I was pleasantly surprised with opportunity to buy home in such central location of Bengaluru within my budget. Can travel anywhere without hassle. Supermarket, good hospitals, best schools and everything family wants. Safe area to explore with good power supply. Road is wide but sometimes there is water logging. Society maintenance impressive for me and builder construction is very high quality. Getting good mobile signal till now.

Mantri hills is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind!. Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains. But location you will love. Neighborhood is posh and safe. Some water logging problem during monsoon. Though mobile tower good, you will face some issue temporary with construction noise since project is still in developing stage. Society maintenance facility is very good. I am looking forward to live here.

See, not every project is perfect. Even this project has some teething problem like water logging in neighborhood during monsoon. But mobile tower is good, area is safe, design and interior quality very good and maintenance also impressive. Location is huge plus point for property and in reasonable budget. Conveniently located close to the International Airport, Mantri Hills is an easy drive away from some of the finest educational institutions in Bangalore. North Bangalore is poised to be developed as tomorrow's commercial hub, and hence the property also offers a great value for investment.

Nothing to really criticize about project. I mean Mantri hills has really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket. Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast.

Must say, Mantri hills has given all that they promised. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings and all are very good. Lots of open space right in heart of Bengaluru. I loved the excellent location and amenities. You get everything from Gardens (multiple), Mini Forest, Nature Trail, Jogging / Walking Trail. Yoga pavilion (open air), Meditation Zone, Barbeque Area, Star Gazing Area, Rain water Harvesting, Recharge Wells, Maze Garden, Climbing Wall. Pet Area and Outdoor Gym.
