Good things here
In this society, cleanliness is well-maintained. Security-wise, the society is also very good. We have never faced any issues with seepage, leakage, or cracks. The ventilation is good, and we have a proper parking area. There is also a garden area available for children to play.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the society has very basic amenities. It would be much better if more facilities like a gym and clubhouse were available. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic outside, which causes noise.

Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants provide excellent options around the society, and connectivity is good. Regular garbage collection is conducted by the society, and CCTV cameras are installed throughout. Rooms are properly ventilated with ample sunlight. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Amenities such as gardens, parks, and a clubhouse are available. The neighbors are cooperative and pleasant.
Things need improvement
Most of the time, the elevators are non-functional, and maintenance is not conducted promptly. Power cuts and fluctuations occur frequently. The swimming pool water is not cleaned on time.

Metro buses and auto cabs are readily available, so transportation is convenient. Nearby, there's a vegetable market and grocery shop for easy access to essentials. The government maintains water supply, power backup, and garbage collection within the committee, keeping everything in good order. Cultural events in the society are well-organized, and CCTV cameras ensure safety.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or parking area in the committee. The walls often have plaster falling off, and there are frequent leaks. Moreover, without security guards, there's a risk of theft. Even flowers have been stolen due to lack of security.

Good things here
Public transport facilities are readily available around the society, ensuring excellent connectivity. The residents were very cooperative, and we used to celebrate all the festivals together. Security staff was available in the society 24 hours a day, and there was continuous water and electricity�supply.
Things need improvement
Essentially, it was a government colony nearly 40 years old, lacking any amenities, with DDA flats. There is no maintenance team, so residents must handle their own issues. The build quality has deteriorated over the 40 years of�construction.

Good things here
Our neighborhood has everything close by: markets, malls, supermarkets, schools, colleges, and transportation. Plus, we've got top-notch security with CCTV cameras. The gym, clubhouse, and kids' playground are all well taken care of by our community members. And if any problems pop up, they're fixed within two hours, no matter the time. You can even catch a ride at 3 AM without any hassle
Things need improvement
There's no swimming pool in our community. And for those who rely on the metro, the closest station is about 2. 5 to 3 kilometers away, which might be a bit of a hassle for some

The society is kept clean and hygine is properly maintained. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues are not seen as such. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.

I am currently not facing any problems that needs to be mentioned, I am very happy with the society and it's maintainance, there are no improvements required.

Good things here
This Colony Is Very Beautiful And Very Clean . And Here You Won't Get Power Cut Usually Except Some Rare Chances .The Colony Is Wonderful. Pollution Is Like Zero . It Is Very Hard To Shift From Here

This Colony Is Associated Near Main Highways So Accidents Usually Happens There .. And People Present Here Are Not Fully Open Minded otherwise It's a lovable Colony
